(its gonna be my new layout if I can ever get it right) IE is how its supposed to look. For both internet explorer and firefox i see the same thing, the nice piccy on top and all the crap on the bottom not over the piccy.
It might be your screen resolution or how you have IE set. what are your specs?

This is gonna be a stupid question, but where do I go to find the specs?
