Icarus shrugged a little. "In the lounge. I was talking to somebody. Who it is is none of your business, though." she said, glancing to Jethrow, the glare meaning to keep her visitor a secret for now.

Jethrow didn't respond to Icarus' glance, which was his sign of saying he had no idea what she was talking about. "So, who wants late night snacks? I'm starved," Benjamin suggested, rubbing the back of his neck.

Icarus shrugged a little. "Eh... I'm up for a little snack." she said, stretching a little.

Benjamin shrugged and they all started towards the dining hall. Once there, they sat down at the counter, and were served on the house lemonade while the chefs prepared some food.

Icarus sipped her lemonade a bit as she waited on her food. Though she got caught up thinking about Shiro again and what he had to say. And the offer he had given her. That when she was stronger she could leave and go back with him to his village and live rather quietly. Though she knew she couldn't live too peacefully. She was still a city dweller at heart.

Jethrow, though seated on the other side of Sophia and Benjamin, was watching Icarus curiously. Why in the hell had she been talking to a god of death? He was worried. The fact of the matter was that technically, she should be dead. Was the god trying to claim her? And if so, had she struck a deal with him to stay alive? He knew he'd have to investigate later. Interrogate her next time he drank...

Icaru soon got her food which was a bowl of egg noodles. She took the chopsticks that had come with it and started to eat. She then glanced at the others, wondering what they'd talk about or do tonight.

The nursing student had mysteriously disappeared between the auditorium and the dining hall. As for Jethrow, he was sitting there eating some fish and chips and staring out the window, pondering the god and Icarus. Benjamin was absorbed with Sophia, talking in soft tones to her about random topics and sharing some sweets with her.

And Sophia was enjoying the sweets. She returned the talking, also in low tones.
Icarus silently huffed. Well this was boring. She finished off her noodles and got up. She felt she didn't even have to say anything. Two were absorbed with each other, and the vampire seemed preoccupied as well. So she headed to the garage and sat on her Vespa. Maybe she could go out for a drive some time...

Jethrow watched as Icarus left, and he followed after her, seeing this as the perfect opportunity to talk to her. After all, Sophia and Benjamin would never notice. He slunk along behind her silently, and leaned against the door frame when she sat on her Vespa. He watched for a little while before stepping inside and sitting on the floor beside her bike. "Something on your mind, poppet?" [OOC:] I had to make him say that...

Icarus looked to Jethrow when he sat down by her bike and asked her a question. She shrugged a little and propped her feet up, sighing. "Not really. Just thinking about going for a drive." she said, glancing out a window to the starry sky.

Jethrow opened his mouth to demand to know what was going on with the god and why the hell she was being so casual, but he closed his mouth before he spoke. He ran his fingers through his hair and shrugged. "Then go. Nobody's gonna stop you."

Icarus gave him an annoyed look. "Dude, it's middle of the night. Nothing's open. Besides, got to get some more money before heading into town. Might want to do some shopping and stuff." she said, fishing out her last cigarette and conjuring a small flame, lighting it. Yup, she'd have to go. That was her last cigarette and she refused to go without them.

Jethrow rolled his eyes. "Sure, nothing's open in the tiny town a mile down the road. But do you know how close we are to a big city? Three miles. Three measly miles. That's like fifteen minutes. There's bound to be something open there that you can get ciggs from. And I've got cash, don't worry about it," he said, already reaching into his pocket for his wallet.

Icarus shrugged a little and went over to the door, opening it to let the cool night air in. "I've got plenty of cash. I just like to be prepared. But... Since it's only three miles..." the girl hopped onto her Vespa and started it up. The scooter hummed to life before Icarus slipped some goggles on. She then saluted Jethrow. "See ya later." She then revved the vehicle before rocketing out into the night.
