And speaking of those ******** filters; anyone else notice that you now can't SHUT THEM OFF!? What the ********! I went onto one of my mules and s**t, after noticing s**t was censored, and there's no ******** option to turn that s**t off!

Once again, I am thinking about seriously working on a big banner for the guild, as we could use some more members. Anyone got any good ideas?

this is the recruitment thread i made ages ago, just bumped it, Ryu, you seem to be quite eloquent with words, perhaps you could add in your 2sense to the thread at some point

I made a post in our guild recruit thread just now, namely concerning some issues that came up with our past members.

I have been thinking of starting up a project; namely, creating a side website that'll host all the info, past and present of the guilds story and characters. Though, it'd mean alot of work.

And I'll post in a sec.

It's not too hard really, jsut a lot of work. Bob and I sat down one day, just plotted out and studied the realistics of starting our own WoW server, and realized that money isnt too much an issue; between the both of us, we could easily afford the bill, the actually coding, its not hard to learn (Bob picks up anything to do with comps, fast. And I just need to have the drive TO learn), its just a lot of time to code. And as for the actual ingamge management, I'd be left with the work, and beat the ******** out of people, and ban them. The only way to get through to lamers, it to demolish them.

But, we don't have the actual pacience to go through with it.

Well, that would be where I could come in, I have the patience to be the admin in charge of lamers, scammers, etc.....that way Bobby could focus on the actual coding and s**t, and youcould focus on keeping the server running smoothly. and if I get the job at shaw's, I will have two jobs, and definitely be able to pitch in for costs. Seriously, if you guys want to make an RO server with me, you can leave the patience crap to me, I can deal with it nicely. I might place a rule into effect. that lamers, after the first offense, get a warning and jail time with buffed MVPs that kill them mercilessly. Second offense, I kill them, then strip the of their equips and give them to the victims. Third offense is an IP ban(For those who thinkt hey can get away by making other accounts)

oh, and sorry Ryu, I didn't realize that was a Kyosuke post, I for some reason thought it was part of the Shizue post(Which is why it had confused me so much when I read it)

I know you are bored with it, but running a server isn't the same concept, as you don't really get to play it if you are the admin cuz you are too busy working your a** off to pay for it, and dealing with coders and s**t. It was just an idea, nothing more. And who is bob?
