Circe pressed herself against him, "Oh so true...We'll get back to work tomorrow evening.."she smiled softly looking up at his neck more than his face. She almost sighed as she vanished returning to their room. ((Exit))

Veroen made his way over the rooftops, towards Las Noches. He looked around as he did so, noticing the changes that the entire city had seemed to have gone through. There was shouting, human shouting everywhere. More sirens than usual. It was all...wrong somehow. It was as if the humans had an uprising.
He stopped and looked at a fairly large crowd, all protesting. Their picket signs read: 'Wipe out the immortals!'.
Had the humans began a violent campaign against Vampires? Or maybe it was even Demon's and Lycan's as well...?
He eyed the crowd in slight amazement. This city had gone to hell. He heard shouting behind him as the rooftop exit of the bnuilding he stood on burst open, revealing what appeared to be a considerable amount of special forces of the FBI.
"There's one! Kill him!", shouted what appeared to be the captain of the large squad. These men did not move like normal squads of the FBI. They were more crazed, clear on their malovent intent. Immediately the small hall that led to the exit of the rooftop exit emptied onto the small confined rooftop, as the squad began shooting their weapons at Veroen.
He was startled at this, but quickly dodged the first flurry of bullets, leaping down into the alleyway next to the building. He was an assassin, and easily fled the scene, losing the squad of men far behind him.
'What the hell is going on here...?', he thought to himself as he quickly made his way through the darkness towards Las Noches. It was obvious. The humans were no longer ignorant to the existence of Vampires, Demons, and Lycans. Not only that, but they were trying to rid the world of...all of them.
He stopped in an alleyway across the street from Las Noches. It was different as well. It was not the magnificent building it once was. Not nearly as active either. He decided against entering. He ws not entirely sure that he wanted to make himself known to the others. He would do what he did best: Observe. He knew not who was still alive, nor who was on who's side. This corruption had engulfed the entire city. it had surely affected the alliances as well. He made his way towards Central Park, away from the choas.

Rogue sat in a dark corner of Las Noches at the bar, draining her drink. "Another." She had her arms rested on the bar, her head down lost in thought. She had not been in the main workings of the club for months. She had gone to France to try to seal a deal about new stealth weapons, and had not had much luck with the transport, seeing that a good portion of immortals had gone into hiding. She would kill whoever it was that started this ruckous about immortals. She would rip their throat out with her teeth, and drain the soul dry, whoever the culprit was.
How is security? She lifted a brow, though she was not speaking aloud, she was speaking to a psychic that was quite powerful and sizing things up for the vampire elder. Things seem to be in top shape. Rogue nodded. There had been many different branches of government that were trying to incriminate her for some thing or another in this place, and she had to have the minds clean for her to even be out in the open tonight. She had recently killed 4 FBI men that were on her trail, that, and she was quite hungry, as feeding had gone more irregularly since immortals were being hunted by their cattle.

"Let's watch the city burn.... Whoohoo, how good things are going."
Kashkin was smiling ear to ear. The chaos that was being brought to the vampiric race was like waking up to Christmas every day. He had helped in the taking down of fourteen different vampires, none of which were easy targets. He let a few lycans slide, and the others he just flat out ignored. The FBI was finally in the game, and they were ripping the undead world a new one. Sure, there were many casualties, but in the long run, there are a lot more human beings than there are vampires.
Kashkin strolled into Las Noches, knowing full well it was a vampire hangout. He was simply out to get himself a drink, that's all. Maybe say hi to a few vampires, wish them luck, and then laugh while imagining their slow and painful deaths.
Well, most vampires anyway.
He made his way to the bar, leaning over and ordering himself three shots of vodka. He smelled the alcohol, his senses awry with joy. He nodded to Rouge, who he had known for quite some time now. Weather or not she ever remembered him was another story for another day. He winked at her, then made his way to a back table in the corner. Even though it was a bar, eventually someone would work the courage up to sit down next to him and have a descent conversation.
And as an added bonus, Kashkin bit his tounge on purpose, letting a little blood trickle out as he let it sit in his mouth, taking a shot and washing it down so the smell of alcohol and blood would mix and mingle in the air.

Veroen landed in front of Las Noches, his right hand covering the right side of his face. Blood continued to leak through his fingers. His teeth clenched, and his other fist clenched, he approached the door.
He then busted through the door, not even bothering to keep a low profile. He had just lost an eye from that b**** hitting him with a bottle. He should have never let his guard down. He then remembered that she had also just burned down his apartment. He growled in anger, making his way through the mass amount of immortals in the club. He then spotted Daiguren, as well as Rogue in the building. He stopped for a second whenever he saw Rogue, then continued forward, leaving a noticeable trail of blood behind him, still covering his right eyesocket with his hand.
Once he got to the back of the active club, he rocognized two of Alasdair's men guarding a door. He stopped, his teeth still clenched. They both looked at him with surprise, then recognized him. One spoke to him nervously.
"Oh, uh, long time no see, sir." He said, looking at Veroens bloody face covered by his hand.
Veroen growled at him, saying, "Just let me in, idiot."
He jumped at Veroen's words, and punched in a code onto a keypad that was on the wall behind him, and the door slid open, revealing a staircase.
The Vampire guard added another statement as Veroen stepped through the door. "Do you need any help sir?"
Veroen just turned his head so he could look at him with his only good eye, anger written all over his face. "No. i'll be fine." Veroen said quickly, and began making his way up the staircase. The door shut behind him, and there was a trail of blood that followed Veroen as he ascended the stairs.
He stopped at a door, and opened it. It was empty, but had an emergency medical kit, with tools made for any injuries that vampires could come by.
He quickly opened it, and looked in a mirror with a sink under it, and began plucking out glass shards from the bottle of whiskey that was crushed on his face, from his eye. he groaned from the pain of doing this.
he sighed loudly, and took out a knife, and began to remove the now useless eye. This was a semi long process, and it filled Veroen with much pain, though not one scream or grunt escaped his lips.
He finished, with a loud exhale, and sat down for a moment, putting a cotton patch over his eye. He sat on a chair in the corner, and waited for it to heal.

Lily limped into the bar, she always managed to pass the bouncers and tonight...they felt especially bad for her.
She spotted Veroen and her heart skipped a beat, she wanted to plead for forgiveness but settled down on a bar stool far down the bar from him.
"Whiskey, straight. I want a bottle and a glass of ice" she ordered and slapped some bills on the counter.
She took the top of the bottle off with her teeth and poured it over the splint, wincing and gasping at the pain. She doused her chest and the same reaction came over her. She did her part to heal her wounds and now it was time for a drink and a cigarette.

Edith followed Lily until she realized that the vampire had intended to go to Las Noches and she was surprised that she hadn't recognized the path that she'd taken in order to get here. This was the last place in the world that Meredith was allowed in because she'd clearly attacked Rogue in this place when the vampire elder had been cruel enough to force her into a blood frenzy ... She'd killed so many and the guilt and the faces from that blood bath still haunted her though the vampire in her was long gone, replaced by the weak vessel that'd been a mere test subject for it.
She went to walk away when one of the bouncers recognized her and abandoned his post to come over to her and make his statement. The vampire lifted the huntress into the air by the collar of her coat and looked at her in shock when he realized she was no longer a vampire. His confusion, however, soon turned into a hungry with a grin on his face. Of course, he came back towards the door and scanned the streets to assure no one apart of the government or a part of the now informed population saw him when he drained this girl dry.
"Put me down." Her statement was lined with a calmness that was very unlike Edith.
