Benjamin smiled and nodded towards their drinks. "Can we at least finish these? It's kinda cold this morning," he said, though he pulled Sophia closer for warmth, rather than rely on his coffee.

Sophia smiled and nodded some. She sipped her tea more before leaning against the Spaniard. He was very warm and she wanted to go cuddle somewhere and go back to sleep.

Benjamin finished his coffee, and when Sophia was done with her tea, he took her hand and led her out of the dining hall, keeping an arm around her shoulders as he led her to his room, this time. "Do you mind?" he asked, suddenly worried that she would.

Benjamin laughed and opened the door with a yawn, pulling Sophia in with him. It was a little chilly in the room, and there was a new quilt sitting on the end of the bed, just perfect for them to cuddle together under.

Sophia smiled softly and nestled against Benjamin before slipping off right to sleep.
After a while, there was a tapping on the principal's window. A raven sat there, rapping on the glass, wanting in. And it seemed relentless in its insisting. Of course the bird peered in, making sure the man was even there.

The principal jumped, opening the window wide and allowing the curious raven to come in. He stared at it expectantly and with pursed lips. He knew that this was no normal raven, and he wanted its presence explained.

The raven quickly flew in and perched on a chair. With a flap of its black wing, the window shut and all the curtains drew themselves. In the temporary darkness did Shiro regain his human form. That is until he turned a lamp on, revealing he had changed. "Been a while."

The principal nodded with a slight smile. "It has. I suppose you know whom is living here now? You can thank Kaitani for her staying. She was ready to pack up and leave the day she got here, but he managed to convince her to stay."

Shiro nodded some, sighing a little. "I'll thank him when I find him. He's gone very far underground. As have we all." he said, rubbing his chin a little before looking to the principal. "How long must she stay here? When can I take her home? Back to my village."

The principal sighed and took of his glasses, rubbing his head. "When she can protect herself. She's begun tapping into her powers. She has surrounded herself with others. Two members of the Mesilici Organization included. I believe you know one of them. Searan and Anya's--Jethrow. She has started to understand her potential, but she is always in danger. There was an attack recently. It was almost fatal for her. Until I believe that she is ready enough for the Organization, much less to protect herself, she cannot leave."

That didn't really appease the bird in more ways than one. "Someone attacked her?! Who was it!?" he snapped before trying to calm himself. "I'm sorry. I have searched centuries for my descendants before I had to reap them. She's my last. You can't blame me for being concerned about her. At... At least let me meet her." the raven pleaded. He wanted to hold his last remaining family.

The principal wasn't surprised by Shiro's outburst. It was understandable after all. The man sighed again. "I think you know very well who sent them. They injected her with a sort of blood multiplier. Our nurse couldn't understand it, but Jethrow being a vampire found a way to deal with her new illness and keep himself well fed at the same time. As for seeing her... I'm not sure. If she were to meet you as someone related to you, I fear she would insist on leaving with you. And if we told her she cannot, she would be rather angry. She has your temper."
