i dunno, people tend to undercharge for houses and overcharge for multi-room apartments
i think with the apartment the landlord has to pay say $100 insurance per head if it was say $500 for one person the discount might only be like $1900 for five, i dunno though
i knew one guy who had cash money so he just bought his apartment building and collected rent from people on it =D
that being said, my first apartment was three bedroom the landlord charged us all separate so I paid $300/month and got free tv internet fully furnished and there was a free washer/dryer upstairs and my room was huge. bunch of crack dealers lived nearby but i only saw them once. only thing was no phone line so needed either a cell or use the payphone across the street

I think renting a house is cheaper, if you can find enough people to go in on it with you.
For example, right across the street from St. Thomas campus in Fredericton, there is a blue house that you can rent, 5 bedroom, fully furnished, everything included except for tv and internet...and I'm not sure about phone. But there's heat, laundry and water, and it's right across the street from campus, so it's pretty sweet.
And it's not even that much, if you can find 5 people, or more if some of them have boyfriends/girlfriends. $300 isn't much to pay for a month when it comes to having a whole house.

Leonis Brafer well one of the other people that are coming say...if we are five we can just pool our money and rent a house...i was like..Wtf? then we have to pay for everything. lol...im telling you this now pent...we are getting a place...where we only need to pay for internet...or dont need to pay for internet at all...lmao how can't we pay rent???

yah, Leonis >.> my parents just announced me they would pay my rent, and only for the apartement they find.... and they'll try to find one that I can bring my cat too ^^;

That's particularly lucky. I wish my parents were paying my rent, then I'd be about $6000 richer right now.

So apparently India is starting to take all the call-centre jobs? If that happened for reals unemployment would shoot up to like 50% =D

Too many people (especially the older people too!) need jobs to support their drug habits so finding jobs here will always be insanely difficult wink

older people get if free with bluecross from the shoppers... but supposedly, the street pot and the governement pot are totally different, street as better effects.

he sent me a fake rejection letter from the NBCC this morning...
the worst is that we left from Edmundston to go to Miramichi this morning, before I received that letter... MY MOM IS GONNA KILL HIM TOO... *mom talking over shoulder*
