but thats the thing, after the army comes and packs our stuff to send it to north carolina, my mom's gonna start turning our routers in, so our internet might get cut. hopefully i can have enough time on the internet to get the shizuki part of the plot done, but idk. just to be safe, i'm gonna pm you the login for the mule and if nessecary you can give it to anyone else who has to be shizuki instead of me.

However, IF you are online, make sure you visit the Meebo Meeting Room (the ones we had our meetings last year and the one Lady A posted in the recent announcement) so that I know you are here. It wouldn't do good if we posted the same thing twice. Also, since you'll be missing... I'm afraid you'll have to scan through the hundreds of pages in the room thread to confirm where the plot is now whenever you come on. Or at least visit your mule posts to check where we are now. Be updated. That's important.
Also guys, given the current absence of Sublette, I might cancel the tektek contest Dusky had been working on and take charge of the art contest instead. Apparently it's one of the classic contests in a Ball that SHOULD be present. And with that cancellation, you guys might get more cash prizes per room. 0.0 But if you want, to save you the trouble, I go scouring for items that could be bought and transfer them to you guys.
Now that the Ball is nearing, please, if you can, log on to Gaia everyday. It's crucial we be updated at this period. Also, if any of you experience any problems with anything please contact me. If anything happen to you that would cause you to be absent at any important period during the Ball (mainly when the plot is rolling), PLEASE give me your mule or your character will have to be cancelled.
Also, I'll pretty much be online the whole day from now till the Ball. Those in the UK you can talk to me (without actually waiting for hours for a reply) from morning till late afternoon and those in the US from late afternoon till night. I'll be on my Gaia, MSN, and maybe Skype. If you want to chat about anything, PM me and we'll talk in Meebo.

Important
1) In case, whatever you do, DO NOT edit the front page of our room thread during the Ball. I repeat, DO NOT edit the front page of any room threads in the Ball!! If you do that, the thread will unstickify and it will drop into the abyss and buried under thousands of other threads. This happened last year, so remember, DO NOT EDIT THE FRONT PAGE OF THE ROOM THREAD ONCE THE THREAD IS UP. =w= b
2) Also, this is the details of what will happen in the Ball. Luke and Juan's bickering will start on Saturday (2nd day of the Ball, and I'm talking about EST time) and Mitsukai will be trying to quell the fighting while Reine tries to add oil to the fire (at least, something like this), and it will continue until around early Sunday, where the combined chaos of all the rooms will cause the tower of the Ball to collapse. At that time, there will be an earthquake/black out happening across the mansion, then at this moment the Yeti will appear (either Dusky or I will post this) and kidnap Juan, and when the lights come back Reine will have disappeared, and Shizuki will make her scary ghost speech of finding Vincent. Mitsukai and Rosetta, you guys can choose which side to go, but one of you have to be looking for Reine and the other for Juan. Both searches will start at Sunday afternoon EST.
Those who are looking for Reine, I leave the dropping of clues on where Vincent's location is to you. You need to think up of ideas to drop the clues discreetly, maybe through some of the other house ghosts writing on the wall, or to whispering in the corridors. It has to be discreet, but how you do it is up to you (At this time, Shizuki, you can choose to either stay out of sight or follow/stalk them any time you want).
When Vincent is found, both Shizuki and him will disappear (just for the moment! It's just fancier. XD They can come back any time as free ghosts XD) as the both of them will be free of the mortal world. And at that time Luke and Juan will be making up to each other, so coupled with the fact that the sin and virtue has achieved truce and that the chaos haunting the mansion/part of the tower has disappeared, the tower will not collapse. Or even if it does everyone will just run out. I'll get back to you on that.
I'll get back to you guys with the time though. I'm just posting this up now in case I forget the details. So that you have more time to absorb it in. XD I'll repost it again later, when the details are confirmed after the meeting. =D

i'm good with the details. i just read the post. i just woke up however, so later i'm gonna write it down in one of my journals or something so i can have it for reference and i dont have to waste bandwidth on my internet keeping multiple tabs open. ALSO! that friday of the ball, i won't be on until maybe 4pm central. (midnight for you uk folks if my past experience is correct and your 6 hours ahead of me as my other uk friends have been) because i have school. i might be on a little early, but it depends on homework and such, so i'm saying 4 to give some leeway in case i get sudden after school chores, or i'm tired and wanna take a quick catnap, or want a snack or something cause come on, its school, right? your gonna be a little tired and little hungry. dont worry, 4pm i WILL be online.

Good news, guys! =D Our room thread is officially done!! =D Everything is set, the writings have been looked over and edited and it's all ready to go! ;D Now all you have to do is sit back, relax, and wait till the date of the Ball. Don't forget to check this thread daily if you can. There's still gonna be lots of updates, but this week is mainly for relaxation. =w= And afterwards, all that's left is to link the contest threads up to the main thread and play our role. WHOOOOT!!
