Tala hopped over the back of Damian's seat, knocking the mangled yoyo from his hands and almost launching him off the chair. "HI!"
Kurai was out in the backyard, about fifteen feet from the pool, practicing her swordwork, in case she was caught in the dark she didn't want to be helpless.
Jaime looked up from his book. "She's out back." He went back to his book.

 Damian dropped the now broken yo-yo when Tala jumped onto his back "hello" he said looking back to her and smirking"whatcha doing back there no shrimp i home" he then shuddered at the thought of the humping shrimp coming after him.

"Thanks." She said and went to the back where Kurai was. "Hey, You've been out here for a while. Everything okay?" She asked.
The sound of a car stopping out front made her go to the window. Her eyes went wide as she turned and ran out of her room. Yelling for Travon as she passed his room to call that healer. She opened the door as Mortimer collapsed onto the front porch. "Akira get down here and help me with him!!"

Travon heard Rem come out of her room and told him to call cam right away. knowing she get it faster at the speed he could text he sent a message of 'we found him need u now!' he closed the phone after hitting send and made his way to the bottom or the stairs skip more steps than he actually used he was right behind her when she opened the door to find toad collapsed on the porch Akira hearing Rems urgency cam out of her room before she could even finish speaking. Travon got there first mainly cause his room was near the stairs that and he was long legged enough to practically run down using very few steps while Akira could barely skip one

Sam got the text and her eyes widened. "Jesus...I'll be back later Brett. Mortimer's alive....barely according to Travon's text." She said as she quickly pulled on her boots and coat. With a quick good-bye she ran to the garage and got into the car she had the day she had met with Rem the first time and was off.
Within five minutes she was at the front door of the brotherhood's house and banging on it. Rem was the one to open the door and lead her in. They had gotten Toad to the couch and Sam looked at him with wide eyes. He was a mess. Travon was finished getting the blood soaked shirt off of him and she could see all the burns, cuts, and other injuries. Taking off her coat and dropping it onto the arm chair she went over to the couch and gently pushed Travon aside and started her work.
Rem watched as a greenish-blue glow enveloped Mortimer's entire body. "I want him able to talk as quickly as possible. I want to know where the one that did this is." She said coldly and received a glare from the purple-haired healer. "He may or may not be able to remember exactly where it is. When a person is this far injured their memory can suffer too. Be patient and just hope I can get everything that's close to fatal before he dies." The younger one said in a soft yet clipped tone. Rem scoffed and headed to the kitchen to make a phone call.

"let go play with smelly man!" Damian said tugging on Tala arm that he could reach. being very eager to go 'play' he tugged Tala along till they got half down and Damian noticed toad was missing. ""what did you guys do with smelly man?" he called up probably accidentally shouting in Tala's ear. Travon manged to get Toads top off without hurting him much more. poor guy look like he had been trough a freaking war. he moved to the side when Sam nudged him. he kept watching though. he hoped they didn't lose another teammate...

"Oww!" Tala swatted Damian, then looked into the basement. "Oh hell. KIT!"
Kurai came at the sound of Damian's shout, and said "Oh f***"
Jaime calmly stood and went to the basement door. "Is there something wrong?"

She was right behind Kurai and what she saw made her furious. The fur on her body standing on end as an intense heat started flowing off her body. Toad was gone. A light trail of blood lead to the open basement window. "SON OF A b***h!" She roared furiously. "Everyone pack up whatever weapons you need. We're going to the Brotherhood's house and we're killing every last one of them. Leave Toad and the new c**t to me." She growled and turned on her heel as she went up to her room to suit up.
Her eyes went to Travon. "Kit's going to be furious. I think we need to move Toad to somewhere safe." She said softly as Mortimer groaned. "It won't be safe here for much longer."
Rem stood in the door way and listened. She had finished her call with Magneto and come out as Sam started talking. Her eyes narrowed. "Akira, you and Samantha get Mortimer somewhere else. Travon, you're here with me in case that crazy fox woman decides to attack."
Sam nodded and within seconds the greenish-blue glow was replaced by the protective aether bubble that allowed her and Akira to get Toad to Sam's car. Once inside the car with Mortimer secured in the back seat, she and Akira were able to leave the property and head straight to the X-Mansion. "Akira, what are the chances of Rem surviving an attack by Kit?" She asked half-way to their destination.

"Well it depend once Rem touches her she dead literally" Akira said after they were off toward the mansion. "I wish we had more people then it wouldn't be Travon and Rem against God only know Kit's troop number...."Travon knew not to complain but the odds didn't look good. he didn't do too well against Kurai and Kit, not to mention Tala, that weird white haired guy and that one sparky guy Jerun had mentioned. after he went to his room to suit up he sent a text to Akira saying [return when you can we'll be hopelessly out numbered without you] he quickly got dressed and put his valuables in a safe box he had bought recently just in case kit decided to level the place some of his stuff would be safe.
"yay" Damian said following kit out of the basement. having no weapons or special suit to wear he watched people go around getting ready. he bounced in anticipation. it would be his first official fight other than the one sided ones he would start in school when he was younger

Kurai pulled on her skintight gunmetal colored mission suit and buckled both sword sheathes to her belt. She contemplated the cape a moment then tossed it on the bed. "Damian! Get your butt in here!" He had purchased an outfit for him, and had just picked it up earlier.
Tala tightened the straps on her suit and strapped on a total of 6 blades in various locations on her body. She grabbed a whetstone and sharpened her blades while she waited on the others.
Jaime went to his suitcase, and on his way into the bathroom said, "Well I guess it's time to prove myself. I'll be out in 3 minutes" 2 minutes 57 seconds later, he exited the bathroom wearing heavy black jeans, lightweight boots, and a black sleeveless shirt that seemed entirely made of straps that accented his muscular frame. His upper arms bore leather armbands, and he had a wicked looking blade at his hip on a low-slung belt. At Tala's glance, he half-smiled and tapped his chest, which made a slight tapping sound as if it were hard. "Kevlar." he said simply.

"coming" Damian said jumping up and tripping once on his way to Kurai's room. "yes?" he said popping his head in with out regard to if Kurai had been dressing or not. he noticed an outfit that looked his size laying on the bed. he bounced as he looked between in and Kurai as if he was a kid at Christmas and he was starring down a new toy

She finished tying the laces of her combat boots, her all leather 'combat' outfit on. A small black vest, a black pair of pants, black gloves and a gun holster that went around both her shoulders where in each part held two black and silver Desert Eagles. She had purchased the guns before coming back to Bayville. A black leather pouch was attached to her belt that held ammo for the guns. Kit left the room and knocked on Kurai's door with a gloved hand. "C'mon we're leaving in three minutes." She said and went downstairs. Looking around the living room she saw that Tala and Jaime were there. "Once Kurai and Damian get down here I'll explain what we're doing. There's no way we're not going in without a plan." She said as she checked each of her guns and made sure that the pouch on her hip had enough ammo in it in-case she needed to reload.
Sam and Akira got to the X-mansion and they got Toad down into the basement where they had their medical facilities. "Akira, get Brett down here, I'm going to need both of your help with Mortimer. Thank you by the way."
"I need you to fill me in as much as you can about Kit and whomever else on her team's fighting style as quickly as possible." Rem said as she and Travon sat across from each other in the arm chairs that were across from each other.

"well far as i know kit aims to kill right out, screw mercy if you know what i mean. Kurai is practically Kit's twin in a way, and Tala wasn't here too long so i never got her style but watch out cause she'll make you see what she wants you to see." Travon explained as he sat with his elbow resting on his knees. "the one I'm most worried about is one of the guys they got. he seemed nut house insane. he was practicably cloud nine when Kit and Kurai ganged up and nearly killed me." it a good thing they got toad out of here, kit would have gotten him taken care of first. Akira was so busy helping she didn't notice her phone receive a text. it was in her jacket she ditched up stairs on a couch. Akira found Brett in Sam's room waiting on the bed. Akira grabbed him and rush him carefully down stairs she didn't want him to trip.Brett heard Akira's boots so he was all too surprised when she came in and grabbed him by the arm, like she was worried she break him. normal he be frustrated when someone was overly gentle, but she seem to have good motives behind it so he let it slide. she led him down to the sub basement area and she took him the what seemed like the infirmary. he could faintly smell blood, toads blood to be exact and he heard the beeping of the machine that told you thing like heart rate and blood pressure. he had only been here once before when he sprained his wrist in the danger room. "what do you need?" Brett asked not sure how he be able to help.After Kurai passed him the suit Damian crossed the hall in record speed to go put it on. he run trough a mall with little on if he felt like it but he always had an issue changing in front of girls. once he figures out all the random buckles he he came post haste to where everyone else was, only tripping on a rug in the hall making a thud every one could hear.

Kurai slid down the stair rail, and landed on her feet without a single stumble. She acknowledged Tala's applause with a nod, and turned to Kit. "So what's the plan?"
Jaime cracked his knuckles and waited.
