Tora sat back and sighed. She really wanted to be a Geisha, but it all seemed so far off. She didn't know when. She wanted it NOW! "No," she thought "I must wait. I need to be trained." Tora still had many years of experience to get under her obi.

"To answer your question, Mizu, you will have to drink penalty sake for your guesses,"Serena answered with a smile. Then she turned to Tora and laid a conforting hand on her shoulder. "You will be a geisha before your know it. I look forward to the day that we can be friends, instead of little sister and big sister,"Serena winked.

((OOC: Minna-san = everyone))
Sayuri noticed Shizuka come into the teahouse, after a bit, and stood to greet her.
"Ahh, Shizuka-chan!" Sayuri greeted with a warm smile. She led Shizuka to the table and made a non-chalant motion for Shizuka to sit beside her. Sayuri smiled warmly to the table. "Minna-san, it is rude of me to interrupt our little game, but I believe that I have a surprise that Shizuka-chan doesn't even know yet. Okaa-san and I have made arrangements for Shizuka-chan to become my apprentice."

Iyasu looked to everyone and sighed softly as she took a sip of sake for her wrong guess. Compared to everyone else in the room, she seemed so out of place with her unrefined ways of her fiddle stick life. She did her best to smile, but it was hard, considering how she felt. However, she must not be the one to ruin the party . . . so, perhaps it would be best . . .
"Onee-san?" Her voice was trimmed with her timidness.

Mizu smiled, delighted for the other girl. She could remember clearly the shock and joy of becoming a maiko herself, and she knew only a few situations would ever merit such happiness. "I am so happy for Shizuka-san, Sayuri-sama!" she said respectfully, her own eyes flickering like a deer's to her own Onee-sama. "I am certain she will enjoy being your apprentice," she added more quietly, a genuine, shy smile on her features.

'I am a maiko myself,' Yokome responded. 'Ask one of the geisha over there,' she whispered to the girl while pointing to the end of the table 'You probably will be able to find a job here. But aren't you busy going out to parties and such? ' Yokome sat back a little and continued to sip her jasmine tea.

Mizu looked over at the door to the girl standing in the doorway. Tilting her head slightly to one side, she barely let her lips move as she whispered uncertainly, curious and somewhat confused. "Ne Onee-sama, someone is at the door looking for a job..." Smiling at the girl in the doorway, she poured herself some of the jasmine tea Yokome was having, wrapping her hands around the warm bowl of the cup as steam slowly curled upwards, wreathing itself in the air before her.

"Oh that is so wonderful Sayuri-san!" Kyoku pressed playfully on her friends shoulder, acting dissapointed. "I cant believe you havent told me before now!" Pouting in a rather dramatic way, she looked at the other Sayuri for a moment before she was distracted by the young novice from her okiya. "Yes litte Iyasu? What is it?" Kyoku turned towards her so that it would be slightly more private.

"I do not wish to be rude, but I think I am draining the life of the party. I wish for everyone to be happy, not for it to be my expense that everyone is not." Her eyes told her truth of feeling past her mask of white, "I seem to be messing up terribly . . . so, perhaps I should leave? What do you think, Kyoku-sama . . . " Her voice was low enough so that no one else could hear.
