yeah tha would be sad when the kitties die , the mermaid lives for 40 weeks though ,that's pretty good 40/56 weeks (of a year)

Speaking of how many weeks there are in a year, you ever notice that a lunar phase is about 4 weeks? That's a "month." Divide 365 (roughly) days per year by 4, and you don't get 12 months, you get 13 months. Why don't we have a 13-month calendar, with one intercalary day (or two, in a leap year)? Would it be SO HARD to make nice, even months that actually coincided with the phases of the moon -- since the word month actually comes from the word moon?
