Ace Zero Yes, i was not the first to create one. Quix had it first. Meh... But he has to allow you to scan his person. As it stand still or bound to the floor for it to work since the scanning process is a tad slow.

I know now Swamp of the underworld drains chkra and if you are out of chakra it drains your stamina.
