Jasie eyed Zarathose concerningly, wondering what was on his mind, and why it conflicted him so. "You know you can say anything to me right. I'm here for you Z." She said resting her hand on his, then curled her fingers around his hand in a comforting manner.

Jasie was stunned speachless. Literally, she was in totally blank mode as she tried to blink her way back to reality. She opened her mouth and nothing came out, nothing incoherent at least. "I... ah... kiss." Jasie shook her head to clear it and looked at him, "You think...? Z so much has happened to you..." She wasn't pushing him away or aside, Jasie liked him to, but apart of her wondered if he didn't confuse his feeling for her with something else. Or if he wasn't replacing her with someone he had to forget and get over.

"I've thought about it allot since we met,and I didn't come back for Layna...I came back for love it's self.I don't love her any more,and you where there for me when I first returned and i had no one.And You have been so very kind to me,and So much has happened to me.But when I'm with you I forget about all that,all i can think about at the time is how much I want to be with you.I don't know what else to say or what to do...but i do REALLy like you.I could even say i think i'm falling in love with you."

Jasie smiled at him, and before she said anything Jean had to put her two cents into the situation.
Jean laughed, " How patietic... Devilboy was a better choice compaired to this idiot!"
"Why do you have to be such a cold heart b***h for?" Jasie mentally replied back.
"Because I'm good at it... and it's purely in my nature to be so." She snickered back with a grin.
"Shut the hell up, and go back to what you were doing!"
"I think not... for I love to pester you so. And besides, have you seriously forgotten about Kevin." Jean knew that would hit the spot, and began laughing in her wake as she disappeared...
Jasie froze at the name, and even though Devilboy's name struck a cord... Kevin's name was like a dagger to the heart. Bleeding inside, and already depressed because of him. Jasie almost grabbed the bottle to drink away her sorrows, but she wouldn't do that to Zarathose. She smiled at him and hugged him tightly. Jasie just wanted everything to go away, her sorrows and this bullshit confusion. Not to mention the bickering Jean who never knew when to shut the hell up. So without another passing moment, Jasie took a deep breath and prepared to suffer from causing another person she cared about pain... and at the hands of her own doing.
Jasie leaned out of Zarathose's arms and placed her hands on the sides of his face. "At the moment, all I can offer you is my undying friendship Zar. I'm not free to love, I'm more on the lines of a lost case. The unwanted, left for the buzzards to feast upon... I'm so, so sorry Z. But you'd be better off without me, then with me."

Zarathose wrapped Jasie in his arms and kissed her softly."But you aren't unwanted....I want you.And I don't care how much better off I'd be with out you....If it causes me problems,we can face them together.Plus..."He chuckled"Being with you can't turn out as bad as my last relationship."He ran the back of his hand down the side of her face gently.

Jasie smiled weakly and hugged him cuddling closer into his strong embrace.
"You never know... before we meet tonight, I contemplated death. Sunrise..."
"I would have never, ever... allowed that to happen sweetie... EVER!"
Jasie ignored Jean, and focused on Zarathose.

Jasie looked away from him ashamed, yet inside she really wasn't. She truly wanted and yearned for death. She was getting tired of living in a world that doesn't want her in it.
"I want you in it..." Jean whispered sincerely, knowing full well why Jasie felt this way and apart of Jean felt the exact same thing.
Jasie smiled at Jean's comment yet didn't reply back, but instead looked at Zarathose. "Thanks... I just hope you'll hold on to that promise. many have said the very same thing, and none stayed. Stayed being the key word... in which they had a choice, but choose to leave anyways." Jasie sighed.

Jasie smiled and muffled a laugh, she just wasn't able to help it. "Unlife..."
Jasie couldn't help but laugh, yet she wasn't alive so there for is shouldn't really be that funny. Well she was alive, but not like most would assume she was. She was the Undead. However horrible that might seem, it was still a life. Just more harsher than most would have believed it to be.
