He grumbled quietly to himself as he toyed with a half empty glass of sake, before pressing his lips against the rim and gulping the rest down. The liquid did nothing for his hunger, but it would take his mind off of his craving. He'd deprived himself of sleep as well, but that's nothing new. Sleep was never one of his highest priorities, yet he found himself doing it often. It might as well be a bad habit, which means it can be broken. He sighed softly to himself, figuring out why he was still here, in the Syndicate. He had no one to love anymore, as well as no one to protect. He wasn't a servant or a pet, so all he could do in his free time was question his purpose. He blinked as he glanced down at the empty glass in his hand, trying to remember how much time he'd wasted here.
