If everything were as it seemed, life would be a dream.  "Can I get away with just saying life and not elaborate?" she asked hopefully, looked up at Luke. Anya moved her fork around on her plate. She really didn't want to divulge what Searan had said. She'd been feeling guilty all day because of it, knowing that Searan had feelings for her. She was still getting used to the whole, turns into a human thing.

Luke looked to the faerie and sighed. "I guess I can. If it makes you feel ebtter, I'm having a rather odd day too." he mumbled, poking at his now unappetizing ham. He gave a short soft sigh and continued to poke the meat, wondering if he'd have to explain himself to her.

If everything were as it seemed, life would be a dream. Anya shrugged a little and put her elbow on the table, and her head against her hand. "Not exactly an odd day. Just a tough one. Does yours have anything to do with Demi and Luna?" she asked curiously. She wasn't going to make him tell her what was up, since she was getting away with it, but she was a bit curious.

Luke shuddered some at Demetri's nickname. "I found them in the same bed this morning." he muttered, pushing his plate aside. He then put his head down on the table, his own brain frying itself over what the wizard could have done to his sister in that night.

If everything were as it seemed, life would be a dream. "I'm guessing she got cold from all that ice in her system. She'll need the personal radiator, really," she said, shrugging a little. "But I can see why you would be a little, ah, disturbed by it."

Luke glanced to the faerie. "You have no idea..." he said, groaning as he leaned back in his chair. He felt very tired. Maybe he didn't sleep so well last night. He couldn't exactly remember if he did.

If everything were as it seemed, life would be a dream. Anya felt almost how Luke looked, but she just closed her eyes and wondered vaguely where Searan was. Would he pull the disappearing act today like he had yesterday? Or would he come find her that day and ask if she'd made up her mind. Just thinking about the whole thing gave the faerie a headache and she rubbed her forehead, as if that would help. I am but a dragon.  Searan groaned, the back of his head throbbing as he struggled to sit up, only to find himself tied up. He jerked his arms in an attempt to get rid of the ropes, but he couldn't, and went he tried to shout out, he found himself gagged as well. What's going on?!

Luke smiled some, looking to Anya. "We look horrible. Maybe we both should go back to bed." he said with a tired smile. He started to get up, stretching a bit and cracking his back some. "I know I'm going back to bed. Maybe that's the concussion talking..."

If everything were as it seemed, life would be a dream. Anya laughed a little, shrugging. "Sleep never hurts." She stood and started out the door, getting up the stairs quickly and heading down the hallway. As she passed by a nondescript door, she heard a thump. Freezing, she looked at the door. It wasn't anyone's bedroom or office or anything, and she stared at the doorknob, reaching for it in almost slow motion. [OOC:] Curiosity killed the cat faerie.

Luke had left after the faerie, a little too tired to walk faster. He soon came upon Anya reaching for a doorknob. "Anya? What is it? Something interesting in the closet?" he asked, yawning deeply.

If everything were as it seemed, life would be a dream. Anya retracted her hand and shrugged. "I thought I heard something in there; maybe I'm just going crazy," she said, shrugging and starting towards her own room. That same feeling in the pit of her stomach from the previous night hit her, but she ignored it again. It was just part of being tired. She went back into her room, leaning against the door after she shut it and taking a deep breath.

Luke glanced to the door and shrugged, yawning, returning to his own room. So much to dream about.The clone watched form afar and waited until everyone was gone before phasing through the door and stepping on Searan's chest, choking him. "Now ow, little dragon. You need to be quiet."

align=left] I am but a dragon.Searan choked, coughing as his gag started to move further in his mouth. He tried to thrash his arms, but since they were tied, he just constricted his own breathing more. Glaring up at the clone of himself, he seemed to be asking, What is your plan?

The clone smirked and rolled Searan over so he wouldn't die. "My plan you seem to ask? Why it's quite simple. You break Anya's sensitive little heart and she will come running to me, her uncle. And she'll never want to come back to this miserable place ever again. And my brother will see that she really belongs to me."

align=left] I am but a dragon.Searan listened to the 'plan', growing angrier. He kicked with his legs, trying to knock the clone down, but he wasn't having much success. Calm yourself, Searan. He'll just knock you out. You can wait. She'll never fall for his tricks; and while he's trying to finish his plan, I'll find a way out of this.
