SUV? Couldn't find any good pics of blue ones.  Or SUT? Although I'm a Chevy guy, if I were going to spend that much money on an SUV it would be this. A 420hp Grand Cherokee srt-8.

Humvee? You said Hummer H2. The civilian Humvee is the Hummer H1. Not that they are even close to the same thing. I'd take a Humvee over an H1 anyday. I actually had plans to take Humvee's and convert them to civilian models. Can't get armor plating, gear reduction, cabin adjustable tire pressure and machine gun mounts on a Hummer H1. xp
