Name: Creme Murasakii (well backwards, it's lavender Cream)

Gender: Female
Appearance: Creme has short white hair that ends at her shoulders, and doesn't wear it any other way. She wears a basic gray school outfit in her civilian form, and a pink-flowered miniskirt with a matching pink tanktop when she changes to go home.
In her mew form, she wears a peach strapped top much like Pudding's outfit. There's no other way to put it. For the bottom, it is like Ichigo's fluffed skirt on her outfit, but it isn't sticking out.... it's more like a fuku.
Her secondary color is plain white. Her mew mark is located on the top of her right hand. It is a soft yellow head of a bird.

DNA: The Angel Swan (I heard of this in when I was little. I'm too lazy to google. icon_crying.gif)
Henshin Phrase: Mew Mew Creme! Metamorphosis!

Basically, a golden circle of light forms, and rushes towards the enemy at incredible speed.
Other: Creme and Sushi are much like mortal enemies. She is Sushi's opposite, a girly-girl who tends to be prep-like. She is an amatuer dancer, and is quite jealous of Minto because of this. Although, she is much like her.

I'm not going to make a big deal about this, but I think that your character's human appearance is of a male character. But... what do I know?
Technically your henshin Phrase would either be Mew Mew Pie, Mew mew Blueberry, or Mew Mew Blueberry Pie, but I'll give you Mew Mew BerryPie, because it's close enough.
So, basically, I'm saying that your character is ACCEPTED! Unless Suki sees something.

The only think that bugs me is that "Tarte" is really close to "Tart/Taruto."
But that's not really an issue, so I think it's fine.

Her shoes, though, aren't very big, and actually look like red and yellow slippers (in a sense). She also has long, dalmation ears and a dalmation tail. Ribbon Pittsua Charm; An attack that shoots several beams of red and yellow out in all directions from the circular symbols at the top of the wand. It is an attack that is extremely hard to aim, as it doesn't shoot in one direction. It is a sort of upgrade to other other attack, though she rarely uses it as she cannot control where it fires, and thus, it is dangerous to both her, her allies, and to anyone else around within a 20 foot radius of the red orb. Other: She has lately been shown as a sort of "mother" figure to her sister, Lily. She cares deeply for her sister, who cares deeply for her. However, it seems that something is always going rwrong while Lily is around, and Emi's instinct to protect her sister causes her to get injured several times over. Even so, she still protects her sister, and would do so at the cost of her life. She feels she MAY be developing a crush on another female of the group, but she has her doubts (AKA, I'm thinking about adding a crush to her again, but if I do, I haven't decided who, yet)

Alright... I won't kill you for the DNA thing because you have... A funny story. I do like the "OMGIHATEYOUDIE" Thing... Although I would suggest that if you make any other characters, you don't do that sort of thing again ^^
Although, you may want to check it over with Cinna if your character and Kisshu can be childhood friends in the RPs here... It's really Anti-Cannon, and we at least try to keep things Cannon here... And fail miserably...
BUT! Evils strike again:
I do not believe that Jessica means Banana. Her name either has to be Banana, something that means Banana, or be Mew Jessica. It's just organization issues...
And I fixed the non-linked Image.
