[Xela the Vampire]

Erik chuckled and sat down beside her. "So what if it hadn't been me? You serious about that threat? What are you going to do, turn me into a bug?" He chuckled and looked down at the items she had in front of her. "So what are you doing miss librarian?"

"Yes..." Fae partially lied, "I would have done something much worse." She then grinned, as if to indicate she was going to be joking from now on, "I would have sent you back in time, back when you were still in Ms. Romanov's class so you would have to relive the suffering that was her lessons." She laughed as she recalled what the class had been like. "But... the bug idea isn't a bad one. Maybe I will use it in the future." With Erik's question, she sighed and shook her head. "Nothing too interesting. It's a very slow day here. I just want something to do to make the time pass by faster."

Erik watched her with a smirk, not believing her until the grin came into full play as she mentioned the teacher. "No, don't even joke about that. She's pure evil." He shook his head and watched her as she sighed. "Downfall of being a librarian then?"

"Well..." Fae prolonged her reply, as if to think of the right words. "I suppose it's not too bad. I get to spend time reading and studying. However, it just feels like I should be doing something more... interesting."

Erik raised his eyebrow and smirked. "Well...I have an idea..You might not like it...It's really stupid...may get you in trouble....But it'd be interesting..." He chuckled, narrowing his eyes and scanning her to see any facial expression that would show even the slightest bit of interest.

Fae studied Erik's expression for a long time, wondering if he was setting her up for some sort of joke or prank. Although it seemed in his personality to do so, she just couldn't imagine him doing such a thing to her. She wasn't sure why she got that feeling from him... perhaps because he knew she would counter will a spell? Or perhaps it would be too predictable? Whatever it was, she was curious now. "Um... maybe. I don't want to get in trouble, Erik, so please tell me it's not a bad thing."

Erik couldn't help but chuckle at her worried expression. "It's nothing incredibly bad...Just a game..." He decided to change his original idea, thinking it may have been too much. "Let's stack up the books as high as we can go." He raised his eyebrow with a playful half smirk and half smile, knowing it was more silly than interesting.

"Oh Erik!" Fae sighed, a bit over dramatically as she raised her hands palms up and shook her head. "You know I would win." Her hands began to glow a bit as she smiled softly. "I do have magic on my side, after all. Now tell me that wasn't honestly what you were thinking. That seems a bit childish, even for you." She teased playfully, not meaning for it to come out as cruel by any means.

Erik laughed at the way Fae reacted, enjoying her response. "No it wasn't...it was more about locking up the place and going to explore in some of the locked up places of the library...Like the back room over there." He pointed in the direction that had the small, locked library in the back of the place.

"Now that sounds more like the Erik I know." Fae smiled softly as she tucked a piece of loose hair behind her ear. "That room..." She referred to the one he had pointed to, "is actually pretty boring. It's just filled with old books and computers. It's more like a storage room. However..." Her voice dropped as if she were beginning to tell a secret. "There are some interesting places in here. If you really want, we can explore around here after closing time."

Erik chuckled as she called him out before shrugging. "Just trying to keep you out of the bad kid club..." He raised his eyebrow as Fae revealed that she had already been in that room. "Oh look at you...Part of the bad girl club long before I sent out an invitation, eh?" He laughed and gave a nod. "Sure...When is closing time?"

"I'm sure being friends with you automatically lumps me with the bad kid club." Fae teased in her soft, calm voice. She then blushed a little out of embarrassment at his implications for breaking the rules. "Ah, n-no it's not like that." She raised her hands up in a defensive position. "I was shown what was inside during training. I... I would never..." She trailed off, not wanting to finish. Luckily, Erik had asked his next question, "Pretty soon, actually. Since it's so slow tonight, I feel like wrapping things up a bit early won't be a big deal."

Erik opened his mouth in a surprised expression at her first comment, even raising his hand to place it on his chest to exaggerate the the surprise. "Whaaat? Me? No, being around me lumps you with the students on the golden list the principal has in her office." He chuckled and let her explain herself afterwards, only giving a simple hum as if he didn't believe her. "Well alright, should I just stay in here or leave and then meet you in the not so secret back entrance of the library?" He chuckled.

"That's... really up to you." Fae said with a friendly smile. She honestly was enjoying the upperclassman's company, but she wanted him to decide on his own. In a way, it made her feel like if he wanted to stay, it was because he enjoyed her company as well. A slight blush appeared on her cheeks as she caught a quick glace of Erik's facial expression, and she studied him as if she was trying to read him mind.

Erik gave a shrug and crossed his arms on the desk that was between them. "Well I'd like to just chill here until it's time but I think it's more up to you...You might get in trouble if you don't shoo me off." He raised his eyebrow and smirked. "But seeing as you're suddenly this girl who breaks all the rules I'll just stay in here with or without your permission." He chuckled a little and watched her expression as well, feeling the thought as if she was peeking at his thoughts. "Excuse you, are you reading my mind or something?" He teased with a smirk and then by a poke on her arm.
