nehalenia01 I agree. Although people start to many forums almost 35 or more out of 80 don' get continued or aren't responded to.
We are glad to see you have returned.
I know.
This is a sad truth we live in, as no matter what is done, someone is going to get left out or left behind. sad

Javier Cross Is there something that can be done about it.

We're thinking of ideas, right now we're focusing on the things we know we can deal with right now rather than things we can't deal with in a snap of the fingers. Which is sort of why I went with finding more artists, which is a matter that may warrant its own thread, I feel. Which I'll go put up, later today if I remember to do that.

Javier Cross We could find those left out and respond to their topic so they're not left out anymore.

At the risk of sounding mad confused, I ask what're the artists for? Are they for drawing RPCs? Also, do they have to be guild members?
And is there anyone plugging the guild in the Gaia Guilds Network forum, yet? If not, I can start a thread there.

Among other tasks, but its not the only task worth asking for. Also, they don't necessarily need to be members of the group, as should they be willing to accept more customers, they're welcome all the same. Shall I add more on what to say?
X_of_Pentacles is doing that if I'm not wrong.

Just in case, if you have a shop, you may have to let others know when you are available, okay?
Now what else can be done to save the group?

Ah ^^" sorry for my lack of activity. Things have been kinda iffy around here.
Anywho, based on the post I believe what it is basically saying is "clean up" or "You need more structure". And for the most part I do agree- I couldn't figure out where to go even with Javier and his friend's hospitality.

Which brings us to another admitted problem: The lack of activity or people reporting when they'll be unavailable for what particular days. Its like we're losing the abilities to communicate our thoughts to one another all of a sudden, a fact made very much worse with the lack of instant messaging functions. sad

I think it would be a good idea to have a "leave of absence" thread. That way people can tell us when they'll be gone for a while or if they're leaving.

Courtesy of EstoPerpetua, we already have this thread, people are not making good use of this thread very often, a sad reality it is. I feel that if results are to be sought out more than usual, this is part of the cause for why.

I think that I should give some input, even though I'm new to this guild. I had trouble figuring out the forums on here and where things are (still confused and haven't started posting anywhere). Too many subforums kinda adds to this, though I've read on that sitation in the previous pages. A banner is always good on the intro/join area, it gives an idea of what the guild is about. Also, I can do artwork but don't have an artshop set up yet. I've done full body art for friend's characters before though it's all colored pencil (starting to work with markers). Here's my DeviantART: http://rena-inuyasha.deviantart.com/

You can also notify that you are available, and I can show you where to go if you also want to list out your strengths and weaknesses. You feel promising, actually.
