Sethrian.Terkynna  "Trees," Sethrian said. "You just worry about creating a cushion and caging that horse." He ran at the nearest tree, scaling it quickly. Though he didn't like to make a fuss over it or point it out, he was still Fae and he still had an affinity for natural things. Not that this sort of thing was his forte, but he was still...okay at it. He made it up to the branches, crouching slightly before scrambling down the branches into the next tree, moving quickly ahead of the horse as it barrelled down along side the river. He waited....waited....waited....NOW! Sethrian made a leap for Ayu as the stallion skittered past, eyes rolling wildly. Breaking through a thin barrier of twigs and branches, Sethrian was airborne for only a few seconds before making contact with Ayu and curling himself around her as he tried to twist mid-air to ensure he was the one who hit the ground first and would break her fall. As the stallion ran past, Sethrian held Ayu tightly, hoping Reilynn would be able to use her magic to cushion their fall...

 "You know, I'm not much of a fighter, but..."  Yes, she had to come up with a spell quick. Reilynn brandished her paintbrush as Sethrian was scaling a tree. He was like a squirrel. A poopy jerkbot squirrel. Well, he wasn't being a jerkbot right now. Maybe he was alright? Just... maybe. Reilynn was skeptical about it.
"In this moment of suspenseful flying, there's no question and there's no lying! A hero is what is needed here, a big awesome teddy bear will appear!" Reilynn called out and she pointed her paint brush at the landing spot.
Instantly, a big teddy bear cushioned their fall. Reilynn flew after the horse. It was time for another spell. She's going to be tired by the end of the day.
"I guess running is fun and all, but sometime's there's a running wall! You can run but you can't hide, rise up earth and stop that ride!" Reilynn shouted with another point of her paintbrush.
And a big earth wall rose from the ground to stop the horse. Except as the earth rose, the horse stepped on it and it got flipped into the sky.
"Oh no! Oh no!" Reilynn cried out as the horse neighed in fear. It was going to land on the big teddy bear where Sethrian and Ayu were currently at! "Sethrian! Ayu! Get off that teddy bear!" "...I'm a pretty darn good treasure hunter!"

AYU FENNEL "Just because I'm pretty...... She held unto Pegasus' body as the stallion galloped and doing it's very best to get her off. Soon enough, before the rope cuts off.. Sethrian was able to save her and took off Pegasus.. Ayu can't help but to scream as they lift off.. She hugged Sethrian tightly while crying..
Her body's shaking and cold hands.. Probably after this event.. She will be traumatized for riding horses or even the sight of them ....doesn't mean that I'm happy!"

Sethrian.Terkynna Sethrian was grateful for the soft landing, even if it was a disturbingly large teddy bear. He laid there for a minute, stunned--mostly at the fact that his absolutely ludicrous plan had worked. For a long moment, he just held Ayu, trying to calm her down. "It's alright," he assured her. "You are safe no--" He was cut off when he heard Reilynn screaming and looked up to see a horse barrelling toward them--through the air. "Oh...hell!" Still holding tight to Ayu, he scrambled off the bear, foot momentarily catching on one of the oversized buttons down its front. He let out an angry curse, trying to work his foot loose, eventually just wrenching it out of the shoe as he scrambled away with Ayu in tow. The horse landed on the bear with a soft thud and laid still. Sethrian wasn't sure if it was dead or just stunned, until it slowly, carefully got to its feet and shook its head wearily. Sethrian moved away quickly. "Ayu...are you alright?"

"You know, I'm not much of a fighter, but..." Reilynn's wall of earth easily crumbled after two seconds of living. As for her teddy bear, it was ruined since it had to deal with a lot of weight. It had a sad look on its face before it disappeared. Reilynn flew down from the sky and dismounted her broomstick.
"Well that sure was fun!" Reilynn chirped happily. "How was the cushion? Nice and fluffy? Of course the horse made Teddy Burr very sad since its weight kind of deformed his stomach."
"Anyways, good head, Seth-ri-an! You sure moved fast. I wasn't sure what to do and my mind went blank before I could send a big wind to save you guys from that horse. At least the horse is okay, right? Just shocked. I didn't mean to do that. Darn horses are always too fast." Reilynn huffed. "But Teddy Burr was hurt. I guess we can't have a happy ending all the time, I suppose." "...I'm a pretty darn good treasure hunter!"

AYU FENNEL "Just because I'm pretty...... Ayu's senses were all blank.. Black out.. But she can hear Sethrian calling out on her and even pulled her as they fall from the bear.. Soon as it was over..
Ayu didn't look at Sethrian.. Instead she's shaking while tears starts to form from her eyes.. "I..I'm sorry... I'm so sorry....." Then gently looked on Sethrian and Reilynn.. Being traumatized..
"I'm sorry..." She burst out crying ....doesn't mean that I'm happy!"

Sethrian.Terkynna "You clearly have a different definition of fun than I," Sethrian said. He sank to the ground, still holding Ayu tightly. "It's alrighty," he assured her. "You're safe. And there is no reason for you to apologize." Well, it had been reckless for her to insist to ride the stallion--and stupid. She clearly hadn't the faintest idea how to control a horse. But that was better left to be addressed another time. Even he knew it was stupid to say such things now. "Reilynn," he said with a sigh, despite being annoyed by her flippant attitude. "Thank you. Without your help, it's unlikely we would have come out of that unharmed." "You saved us."

"You know, I'm not much of a fighter, but..." Wow! She was being praised for once! At least there was someone who could understand her greatness.
"It's no problem, Sethrian!" Reilynn said with a grin. She probably shouldn't mention that if Sethrian hadn't been so fast, she would have injured them by throwing a horse on them. But that was better off left out.
Ayu was upset about something. Reilynn was not quite sure what it was and Reilynn was often told that she was the worst when it came to consoling others. Was hugging and being quite all there was to it? Sethrian seemed to know what he was doing. But Reilynn was pretty sure a cheerfulness was the best way to cheer someone up!
"Don't cry, Ayu! It's over now and since it's over, it won't happen again so you won't be scared anymore because of horses!" Reilynn told Ayu. "And if it does happen again, I'll come and save you!" "...I'm a pretty darn good treasure hunter!"

AYU FENNEL "Just because I'm pretty...... Ayu spoke her thanks to Sethrian and Reilynn while trembling.. So her words were already repeating on each attempt.. She's still in state of shock.. She just buried her face against Sethrian's chest while crying.. Certainly, she won't do it again.. "Thank you for saving me Big brother.. Reilynn.." Then sob..
If she weren't been saved as soon as possible.. Ayu might be thrown somewhere else by Pegasus.. Then looked at Sethrian, he's dirty and with bruises too.. Immediately Ayu healed him... Then leaned against his chest again.. weak.. ....doesn't mean that I'm happy!" ((Sorry late post >.<))

Sethrian.Terkynna "It's alright," Sethrian said to the girl sobbing on his chest. He imagined that had given her quite a scare. He should probably take her to the infirmary to make sure she wasn't hurt anywhere. She had just healed him--as usual--so he didn't have anything to worry about. But he was a little concerned she might go into shock after something like that. "Come on." He got to his feet and pulled Ayu up with him, picking her up gently. "I'll get you back to the school." He glanced over at the other girl. "Reilynn, are you alright? You are unharmed?" He hesitated, not wanting to ask any more favors of her but his foot was really cold..."Might I trouble you to retrieve my shoe?"

"You know, I'm not much of a fighter, but..." Well Reilynn should never be hired to cheer people up. Apparently heroes weren't as looked up to as they used to be. Well, Reilynn wasn't much of a hero. She was a treasure hunter! Er... and treasure hunters don't often comfort people too.
"Sure thing Sethrian!" Reilynn said as she went to go look for Sethrian's other shoe. "Oh no! I think it went with Teddy Burr! Wait a moment! I don't think I have the strength to summon Teddy Burr again, but I can bring back your shoe!"
Reilynn waved her paint brush.
"Right now Sethrian has some cold feet, help him out and give him heat. What I want is a perfect fit, some fancy shoes that are a hit!" Reilynn cried out.
And whoops. That's not Sethrian's shoes. They're heels that were his feet size.
"I'm sorry Sethrian!" Reilynn cried out with a distressed look. "The more magic I use, the more I mess up! I'll get you your shoe tomorrow when I don't make as much mistakes!"
Reilynn took the heels to Sethrian. "For now you can use these if your feet are cold. I won't tell anyone!" Maybe. "...I'm a pretty darn good treasure hunter!"

AYU FENNEL "Just because I'm pretty...... Ayu still trembling.. Sighted Pegasus from afar.. She cling unto Sethrian.. "He's looking at me... H-He's going to take me and throw me away..."
Ayu suddenly developed a trauma out of it.. While waiting for Reilynn and Sethrian about his shoes.. Ayu buried her face against Sethrian's neck.. Sobbing.. ....doesn't mean that I'm happy!"

Sethrian.Terkynna Seth's eyebrow twitched slightly. "I...believe I would fall and break something if I attempted to wear those while carrying Ayu. Thank you for the offer." He would just walk back without one shoe and hope he didn't get frost bite before they got back to the school. He was grateful to Reilynn but there was no way he was wearing those heels. His pride was more important than his toes. That, and he probably really would fall and break something trying to hike back to the school in those things. "Don't worry about the horse, Ayu," Sethrian said. "I can assure you he won't come near you at all as long as I am here." Mostly because the horse was clearly terrified of him, as were most animals. "Just don't look at him."

Is having someone I can trust too much to ask for?
Isamu sat a good ten feet from the river as he puffed on a cigarette. It was a rather new habit that the boy had recently picked up and he had become hooked to it almost instantly. His hair was now very short, much shorter than before. He had spent the whole morning cutting it and adding a long weave of multi-colored thread and feathers into his hair. He was in a world of his own at the moment as he just stared blankly at the half frozen river. He was thinking about what Javor had asked him... who was the person that had turned Isamu into what he was? The boy still did not know. And he still could not picture the person's face, or even their gender, though he thought it had been a man. Isamu sighed as he though about Javor. He sure did miss the man. He wondered when he would be coming back. Maybe the man had lied to him? It was certainly possible. He may have lied to Isamu and planned on never actually coming back, but the boy refused to think that way. He then wondered if anyone at Rosentale realized that he was gone yet. Surely his case worker would be calling the school when she found out...

 ♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦ Anthony rolled up on his skateboard with his hands in his pockets, his hood drooped over his face a little hiding his eyes, he had noticed a few people staring at him cause of his eyes when he was in the mall and it was making him feel a little embarrassed.
when he rolled up to the lake he slid back on his board to the tail and the nose of the board tilted up causing him to stop as the tail rubbed against the ground, he turned the board so that the side was facing the river and he sat down on it as he looked out over the river, he let out a small sigh as he was bored and had nothing to do, it was the weekend and people his age where suppose to be having fun. ♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦
