Jaq set his rifle against the wall and leaned back against it he slowly closed his eyes and fell asleep but the sleep didnt last long he woke up only an hour or so later .he shook his head a slight groggines filling his head, he looked over to see lucy and casey sleeping so he decided to keep watch, he picked up his famas and opened the door abd closed it behind him, he scanned the dark hall seeing nothing he put on his helmet abd turned on the night vision. H eem watched the halls waiting for daybreak

Casey woke up slowly and lifted his head up and blushed slightly when he realized he fell asleep on Lucy, then he looked around "Jaq" a whispered, he went outside the door and saw Jaq still awake "ok now that it's morning Jaq you need to go to bed ok?" Casey said hoping Jaq wouldn't argue

Jaq took off his helmet and looked at casey his face was taught with lack of sleep as it had veen his 4th day without it
"i dont think its neccesary but if you insist I will."
Jaq walked past casey patting him in the shoulder and walked into the room and sat down within minutes he was asleep.

lucy's ear twitched when she woke up ,as she heard jaq sit down and go to sleep right away. she looked around groggily and stood up, walking over to the door she ran into casey."sorry" she whispered before walking in the direction of the gym locker rooms. " ima take a shower...." she said, just letting him know in case something happened and he needed to know where she was at. her tail wagged slowly at the thought of a shower.

Jaq awoke slowly and found himself alone in the nurses office he shook his head tryimg to wake up. He slowly got to his feet and slung his rifle over his shoulder and walked outside of the room abd stood guard at the door

Casey was on the roof of the highschool again feeling the wind blow on him, he felt somewhat at peace he began to silently hum to himself Earth's old American "National Anthem" it's what his parents always did before they died that and say really uplifting things, Casey smiled when he looked into the partly cloudy sky he looked into the distance....it was going to snow soon Casey took in the cold one last time before turning to go back downstairs

lucy had gotten back from her shower, she had walked back into the nurses office, she shook her head to one side, trying to get water out of her ear.she walked over to the window and looked outside. "it looks like its going to snow.." she said to herself as she ran her fingers through her wet hair.

now that Casey was settled in he went into the gym opened the closet got out the matts and basket balls as well as the trampolines "well I guess just because it's the end of the world doesn't mean I shouldn't stay fit" he said he did flips on the trampoline then on the matts he did jumps off of the walls and onto the basketball goals he ran the inside track a few times and climbed up a few things and stopped to rest and sat in the besketball hoop, then he did a flip off of it and started shooting three point shots from every angle he didn't make a little less than half but he didn't stop

Jaq looked abd smiled st lucy when she entered the room, haq had removed his heavy coat and his bullet proof vest and was wearing normal clothes for a change he was carving a piece of wood the shape of which now resembled a small wolf
"did you enjoy your shower mrs lucy you look very refreshed."

lucy turned and gave a small smile "yeah i feel great, if it weren't for you guys i wouldn't have been able to take one. " she said as she walked over to him and peered over her shoulder. "what are you carving?" she asked curiously,

Jaq smiled and held up the carved wolf figurine
"its a snow wolf I started it a few months back but havent,had the,time to to finish it till now, say would you like to have it."
Jaq held it out a warm smile on his face

Casey took a shower afterwards, he then walked back to the room and saw Jaq giving Lucy a Snow Wolf carved figure "that's really nice of you Jaq you should take it Lucy" Casey said with a smile, he grabbed his hoodie "I'm going to the roof to enjoy the snow feel free to join me if you either of you want" Casey said taking the fire escape up to the roof, he leaned on the ledge and looked down at all the infected "why...why can't there be peace and no troubles" he said starting to raise his voice "WHY!?" he yelled starting to puch the door on the roof leading back down besides the fire escape, he kept repeating himself and yelling while punching harder and harder making deeper and deeper dents in the door and making his knuckles bleed like crazy were there was a small pool of blood forming as he kept punching the metal door

"eh? are you sure its okay for me to have it?" lucy asked, her tail now wagging slightly, she looked at the wolf intently, a small smile on her face.she looked over at casey before he left,"ill be right out" she said before turning back to jaq. "its so cool do you always make these?" she asked as she took it out of his hands. her ears shifted as she heard Casey yelling. she turned to the window the looked back at jaq

Casey hit harder and harder "I LOST EVERYTHING TO THEM!!!!!!" he yelled again "I lost my friends!!! my Family!!!! EVERYTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!" he screamed at the top of his lungs and didn't stop punching the door although he couldn't feel hos hands anymore he wanted to take it out now rather than loose it in battle or on Lucy and Jaq

Jaq shifted hearing the commotion he sighed slightly and knew he had to get lucys attention back
"ive been making these for a few years and of course you can have it, it kinda reminds me of you."
Jaq handed it to lucy a his smile smaller on his face
"hes going through alot, casey is he just needs to get it all out or hed lose it just give him time we can help him when he comes back itd be like talking to a brick wall right now."
