Thanatos smiled and nodded looking at the giant metal box as it was being loaded " Huh...' he said and went back to the cockpit. He shrugged and started the plane and slowly pulled off. He was curious but he wasn't going to mess with it yet. He took off into the air and towards the main land. It would take longer than his personal plane but they would get there pretty quick still.

Achiu could feel the movement as the box he was in was apparently placed in the vehicle that would take him to the mainland. He heard the engine and felt the vehicle start to move. He had to work fast. He didn't know how quickly this contraption moved, or how long it would take him to get out. There was little time to waste. Roaring, he began to claw and pound on the box. His full strength still hadn't returned, but adrenaline and desperation were aiding him.

He set the plane on auto pilot and went to check on the cargo as he heard the constant banging and roaring. He sighed ' A dragon....no way,.' he said almost elated to know there was another dragon close by. He snapped back to reality when he relaized what he was doing and started to think. It might have been his job but he loved dragon and this one certainly wanted to get out. He usually transported items and humans but it was wrong to take something from its natural habitat, what if it had a family. He thought hard about it and started to loo around the box for a lath. He knew it might kill him but Thanatos was an idiot so it worked out. When he found a latch he tried to open it and let the dragon out but it wouldn't not yet. He looked around with some other cargo he had stored here until he found a wrench and started to being on it to get him out but it seemed like it would take awhile and once they were on the main land they were on the mainland.

Somehow, over the echo of his own roars and the pounding of the metal, he picked up a different sound coming from outside. It sounded like footsteps.
He had never spoken to a human as long as he had been in captivity, but he made an exception now. "Let me out! Get me out of here!" He continued banging, trying to find any weak spot. He eventually noticed that when he banged on one wall, a thin crack of light would appear around the edges. 'That must be the door.' He concentrated his force on that side, putting all the energy and strength he could muster through the drugs into it.

He could see the door started to budge as the things yelled. He nodded ' just keep pushing." he said and started to bang on it more until it would wiggle. He then started to pull with all his might knowing that the dragon push could help him out as it was weak

Achiu took a few deep breaths when he felt the door starting to move. Then with a final burst of power, he was able to break free from the box.
Looking around, he found that he was in a metal room and that there was a human male in there with him. Not taking a chance, Achiu turned on the human, pinning him against the wall easily with one paw. Growling threateningly, he stared the man in the eye. "Let me out of here. NOW!"

He looked at the dragon and smiled " Relax buddy, I never planned to take you to the main land." he said and looked around to open the back " I'm going to get in a lot of trouble when I get back but oh well, can't have a dragon getting sold." he said and opened the back and held on so he didn't fall out the back. He looked at the dragon " Hurry up so I can close it." he said.

Achiu didn't trust this man, but he figured he had little choice but to let the man move to let him out of this vehicle. When the door opened, he gave the man one last look, then charged out.
Much to his surprise, he found himself tumbling through the air over the ocean. He quickly spread his wings and was able to stop his decent. Looking to see which way the plane was heading, Achi turned in the opposite direction and began flying.
It wasn't too long before Achi felt his strength quickly draining. He could just barely see the shore and he began praying that he would at least be able to make it that far.
It took every last bit of energy he had to not crash into the ocean, but eventually, he made it to the cliffs. Landing up hopefully out of the view of any humans, he simply collapsed on the ground and fell sound asleep.
Meanwhile, in her cave, Silia was dreaming of her lost mate. She did this quite often, but for some reason, her dream this morning was particularly vivid. It was so strong that her emotions started to break through to the real world, She was talking in her sleep and eventually started to cry, large tears rolling down her nose.

Hara woke early the next morning. Stretching, she was momentarily disoriented. This was compounded by the fact that she heard someone whimpering not far away. Living alone, she wasn't used to waking up to the sound of anyone else in the cave with her.
She realized that it was Silia who was talking in her sleep. Hara laid there and listened until Silia started to cry. She couldn't bare to see her friend so upset by a dream, so she got up and walked over to her, giving her a gentle nudge. "Silia. Silia, wake up. It's just a dream, Hon. Everything's alright."

Silia jumped a bit at the sound of Hara's voice. A little disoriented, she looked around a bit until she caught sight of Hara. "Oh, Hara." She sniffed back the tears. "I'm sorry. You're right, it was just a dream." She shook the sleep off a little bit.
Then she realized that she was still curled around her eggs and Hara didn't even know about them. "Um... I.. uh...."

Hara smiled when she caught Silia's glance and embarrassed demeanor. "Don't worry about it. I already knew last night. If you were trying to keep them a secret, you should have been a little quieter when talking to them."
With a bit of a chuckle, she settled herself down, cocking her head to the side. "So, who's Achi? Their father? I heard you mumbling his name, then you started crying." She didn't want to push things, especially since Silia seemed a bit upset already, but she really did want to know. "If you don't mind me asking, what happened to him?"
Stirring quietly in her makeshift bed of blankets, Dawna heard the two dragons talking. It was rather interesting to her. Anything having to do with dragons was fascinating to her, even it was something as semi-trivial as this early morning conversation.

If Silia had been human, she would have blushed scarlet. 'Of course. how could I be so stupid. Old habits, I suppose. Oh well, nothing I can do now. I guess it's not so bad that she knows.'
But when Hara brought up Achi's name, the dream came flooding back to her, and her heart felt like it would break into a million peices. Turning away, she laid her head on her paws and scrunched her eyes closed. "Yes. He's my mate. I... I don't know what happened to him. He went out to do some hunting and just.... never came back. That was before I even realized I was pregnant. I haven't seen or heard anything from him since." She lapsed into a heartbroken silence, trying not to start balling as a single tear squeezed its way out of her eye.

Hara felt terrible when Silia spoke about Achi. Even though her face was turned away, Hara could tell that she was in a lot of pain. "I'm so sorry, Silia. I had no idea. That's absolutely terrible."
She sat there quietly for a moment, thinking. She wanted to find some way to help her new friend. Finally she got up and walked up close behind Silia. "I tell you what. You give me an hour to fly back to my cave and take care of a couple things, then I'll be back. Face it, you need a hand around here. Sure, you've done an amazing job on your own so far. But you're going to be having two little babies running around soon. What are you going to do then? Now, if you don't want me staying here, I understand. I'm sure there are plenty of other caves in this mountain. I can find myself one, then I'll be close by when ever you need a bit of help."
As Dawna laid there, quietly listening to the two dragons, her heart nearly broke and the agony in Silia's voice. She didn't know if there was anything she could do to help. What was appropriate in dragon society?
What a relief it was to hear Hara offer to help Silia. That was something she understood. It was what she would have offered a human friend. Pushing up from her bed, she turned toward the dragons. "I'll help too. I'll do whatever I can, I promise." Then the pain caught up to her and she gasped, settling into a more comfortable position.

Silia sniffs back tears, turning to look up at Hara. Before she can say anything, though, she hears Dawna calling out to offer her help as well. She chuckled a bit at the human. "Thank you, Dear. But I'm afraid that humans can be of very little help to dragons. I'm quite capable of fending for my self, and if you tried to help with the eggs, you'de most likely just end up burning yourself. Dragon eggs have to be kept very warm, or the babies inside will die." She thought about it for a moment. "Though, if you wish, I would be glad of the company, at least until you heal some. Of course, you're free to leave if that's what you wish. I'll be happy to take you to one of the human settlements."
She then turned to Hara. "As for you, Hara, I really do appreciate your generous offer. But I wouldn't want to put you out. I mean, to uproot you from your home and everything...." she shook her head.

Dawna tried her best to hide her disappointment when Silia politely refused her offer of help. 'Well, at least she's letting me stay. She could have booted me out right away. I guess it's something. Maybe someday I'll find a way to repay her.' "I think I'll stay here for now, if it's alright with you. After all, I told you yesterday I was out there to get to know dragons. What better way than to live with one, right? But I don't want to be a burden on you. If there's ever anything I can do to help, just let me know."
Hara snorted, and gave Silia a gentle but. "Nonsense, Lia. You aren't forcing me to do this. I'm the one who brought it up. Besides, I told you yesterday on the cliff that I was alone too. What are you pulling me away from? Nothing that can't be replaced. Now," she stood up and got ready to leave. "Now, you just relax for now. I'll be back shortly, alright?"
She headed to the entrance, then turned over her shoulder with a smile. "Take care of her Dawna. You're in charge." She chuckled and took off.
