Assassination Complications

"Well..." I think for a moment. "Maybe we are?"

Her hand slipped off the edge of the window sill se had been leaning on, dropping her momentarily before quickly recovering. "C-come again?"

"Maybe we ARE together. You do raise a good point, people will wonder."

I stand from the chair I am on, taking a few steps forward

"Got a better idea?"

"uh...no, not really.." she mumbled, looking away form him in slight embarassment...I wasn't expecting him to actually take that on. I mean its true but i figured he'd be repulsed by the idea.. she thought to herself, her thumb and index finger rubbing together unconsiously.

"So... we got a plan now? If so, I suggest we find stores that will help change our looks a bit" I say sitting back down "I mean, if there are even stores that can do that in this town..."

"sure, and I can help you out if there seems to be nothing much to work with..." She says, headed for the door.

"Alright, sounds like a plan" I say as I walk out the door, turing down the small hallway and to the Inn's door

She followed him, shutting the door behind her and looking around, soon smelling something comming fron somewhere. Someone cooking.. Her distracted thoughts were interruppted by an obvious but not necesarrily loud growl from her hungry stomache.

"I take it we should add 'food' to the list of things to do huh?" I say as we exit the Inn.

"N-no its ok, I'm fine, really..ident*ty is more important right now..I'll be fine" She stuttered as she tried to look determined.

"Uh huh..... right well... see any place that may be able to help us? A Barber, clothing store, anything?" I say as I look around the town

"Hmm...thers a costume shop..and a $1 stor rght next to it...i guess we could start there."

($1 Store? I don't think they had the $ back then... just call it, a pawn shop, olden style thrift store basically, cept you can find some awesome stuff sometimes)

"I don't think cheap costumes are gonna do the trick. We need someone professional" I say as I continue to scan the small town

[[alright, i know what a pawn shop is...]]

"Well they might've had makeup....uhm....OH! there! there's a barber!! you could cut your hair..and if i get the right spices i could probably try to change it's colour too..."

"Perfect, though I'm sure they Barber will be able to do the colouring..." I say as I head towards teh shop.

As we walk in, a small, cheery looking man with a moustach greets us

"Hello, hello! In for a cut are we?" he asks in a friendly voice.
