Hinabi Gysuki Why would someone put you're father in it? the arc is the only thing that can contain wallice, once hes in there he cant leave, its like a anchent jail, it was ruksa that had him sent there, he was cort marshaled for acts aganst the earthian alligance and aganst the resistance. next ? ^-^

Hinabi Gysuki How did they MANAGE to lock him up? Wallice gave up all of the "evil" of his previous 300 million years, and devoted his life to the time light corperations and soon after that, to madison, so when she cort marshaled him and told him were to go, he did as instructed. next ? ^-^
