Personality: Ever since his first appearance, Kataki had always been mysterious, and had acted as though he was hiding his true self. As a member of the Mist, he possessed incredible self-control of his emotions. He constantly displayed an emotionless personality. He only shows surprise when opponents prove more powerful or skilled than he had expected, and even then he didn't lose his composure. He does not possess any arrogance, and fully justifies any statements he makes about his power, even complimenting his opponents at times on their abilities.
In addition to being an extremely powerful ninja, Kataki had equally impressive intelligence, and was shown to be very wise. He was exceedingly sharp and observant to any situation at hand, as he was rarely surprised or caught off guard. He also displayed great intuition, as he was almost never deceived and even then almost instantly realized the truth. Kataki's past is one of misery, torment, and just everything and anything considered horrible. He grew up with his parents and two siblings (one brother and one sister). His life was miserable. His parents loved to spoil his sister and depend on his brother. In fact, Kataki was just used for pleasure, fun, and anger management. If someone got mad, they would take out all their anger on him. He also had no say in anything the family did. By the age of ten, Kataki had lost his mind.
Not too long before his eleventh birthday, Kataki's household was broken into and robbed. His older brother, being a ninja, tried to kill the thieves but ended up dying himself. With their only means of defense now gone, the thieves decided to take one more thing from the family. That thing.. was Kataki. One would think he was to have a much happier life, but its turns out these men were far worse than his family. Kataki was force to travel across unknown and dangerous lands on foot while they had better transportation. Throughout the year of being with them, he was still used and abused. He only escaped when a rogue-nin from a neighboring village found them and killed them. That rogue-nin then left him there to fend for himself..

Growing up in the Village Hidden in the Mist, Doku was quick to learn the ways of the shinobi. She was born in to an middle class family in the center of Kirigakure. Not having to venture in to the markets often, she hadn't made herself aware of thieves. However, she was taught well how to defend herself if need be. Doku quickly advanced to becoming a genin, when she first met the thieves. They began to steal her equipment, until she released several mid-ranking technique. Being able to do so, stunned the market's people, and put them in awe at the small girl. She eventually was entered in to the Chunin Exams, and passed them with little trouble. Her written exam was where she lacked, but excelled in the fighting exams. After becoming a Jounin, she set out on many missions, as well as took a three year leave to learn to be a better shinobi, as well as being selected as a person who was in-line to becoming an ANBU. When she returned, the village was attacked by many unsuspecting foes, each armed with magnificent summons and deadly weaponry and skill. They ended up defeating the Mizukage, and decapitating him. Upon her arrival, she fended off at least one quarter of the village, and was awarded the title of Mizukage. Since then, she has rested in her office, not doing much.
