Why should I give this to you? I want this demon because I like its capabilities and woud like to try a new type of character
How much do you know about it? I been rped this Hokou in another guild and I read everything about Bjuu Information 3 times.

The target was running from something. He could barely describe it with any words. It was primeval and young. It was incredibly cunning with eons of wisdom with immense creativity and infinite guile. It was in every shadow and was unafraid of the light. It was evil..It was a shinobi like he had never experienced.

As he moved through trees he heard the sound of a moving chain and barely ducked as a sickle carved through the air his head had previously occupied, and was pulled tight with unhuman strength, slicing a tree right in half. The mighty tree collasped onto others, shattering branches and sending small animals fleeing for their lives.

"HELP ME!" screamed the ex-ninja as splinters cut into his skin. He knew Konoha was some miles away and if he could make it into the guards line of sight they might help him. This hope kept him moving but when he saw a figure covered in white fut and golden glyphs on his arms legs and face he froze.

"Got'cha," smirked the combined voice of Haseo and Houkou, the ultra cunning duo that easily manipulated the terrified target by sending a simple clone their way. The only thing left was choosing a way to kill him. Luminescent purple eyes sliced holes through the soul of the shivering man and with every step potent vibrations shifted the trees followed by light breathing that produced angry winds. As he smiled the air suddenly became moist and small beads of water clung to the tree leaves. A cruel laugh instantly spread a burst of warmth that dried the air and as Haseo stopped inches from his targets. Each of these things represented one element the Houkou could use, the lengthy handseals performed prior to the targets arrival. The chakra drain was significant but the Houkou beared the brunt of it.

The Houkou laughed through Haseo, relishing in the terrifying illusion cast through displays of its chaotic powers. Without moving his hands he used the Houkou's telekinetic powers to life a nearly two foot long hilt. No blade extended from either side but it landed in Haseo open palm. The weapon was very unique with dual retractable blades on each sides.

"Yes Haseo..Savour his fear but end his life quickly. But don't you think he should have a good view of his end? Display our power so he can know exactly what sent him on his way to his..Final..nap,"

From the thick forests near Konohagakure there was a brief flash of lightning that left a few surrounding tree's nothing but burnt skeletons of their remains. When ninja came to investigate the poor target was on his back, his face contorted into the most terrified expression and his throat....A deep wound across his throat was cauterized by some intense heat. When trails were searched the shoes of a shinobi turned into clawed appendages of some large dog...

Somewhere, many miles away near a very large tree, Houkou smirked inwardly,
"Haseo you are difinetly growing in power but more importantly in intelligence. I can easily see the two of us becoming very powerful in the future. But you should know I am not the Kyuubi nor the Hachibi. My power is limited but your clan may be able to change that,"

"Houkou you should be content with the power you have. We must be patient if our plan is to come into fruition. We arent obsessed with power we are looking for a way to restore the reputation of shinobi,"

I lightly edited the Gobi. It CAN use all five elements, but here are the changes:

You can only switch elements once every three posts.

You have weaknesses to other elements depending on the one you are using, for example, fire will be weak to water.

And you don't know every single jutsu, like how it was before. You must learn the jutsu.

Also, in your case, you will start off with three elements at Gennin. Choose these wisely.

And at Jounin, and then S-Ranked, you will learn your fourth and fifth.

Yes. Oh, and,

the Gobi is elemental. I'm not sure if I'm correct, but in your RP sample you mention illusions. Are those genjutsu?

Oh, and also, it is elemental, and thus, no universal jutsu. This applies to ALL bijuu, really. No clones and stuff, once you enter a phase where you actually look like the Gobi, and not just resemble him through facial features.

Anyways, if you abide by these terms, then,

I wrote my collective's character to be from iwa....we could make her kage... this could also spice up an arc, have a collective friendly village and such...
