Star lays down watching him for a bit and then after a while gets up and starts running first slowly then her pace increases untill she looks like a grey blur circling the area she jumps and switches to her human form landing full sprint she keeps running and then runns up the wall of the house to the roof and stoped on it. Looking down at her master she jumps off and llands softly. walking to the shade and sitting down sweat glistening. and heer breath a little short.

Feeling that she needed to work more Star stood up and hopped up on the ledge and started doing pull ups.

after finishing her pull ups she hangs upsidedown from the ledge using her legs as anchors and starts doing crunches she does around 250 and then flips off and lands on her feet. She then starts to do a dragon form she remembered from her past although she didnt know quiet where she had learned it.
