Alice walked towards the archery range and lifted a wooden bow. She figured she could just hang out here for a while so no one would try to talk to her. She strung an arrow into the bow and let it fly. It sailed forward at a fast speed and landed on the bullseye.

After practice, Emma continued to wander aimlessly around camp, looking for something fun to do.

Lyne wandered into the field, her sack slung over her shoulder. She took a bow on the ground and pulled out an arrow that was stuck in a target. She'd seen the other campers do it, and thought, Hey, why not?! Lyne notched it, aimed, and fired. To her surprise, it was almost a bulls-eye. How did I do that?! Lyne thought wildly.

Artemis must be helping me, Lyne thought, seeing as I'm a new Huntress. She heard Chiron call, and ran to the Meeting Room in the Big House. I wonder what happened... Lyne thought as she ran. But, before running, she took some arrows and put it into her sack, which was slung around her shoulder.

Zhaela walked in. Last time I was with Frone she thought. She shrugged and started shooting silver arrows, getting a bulls-eye in every shot.

Zhaela handed her bow to the guy. "Here" she said. "Practice with this one. Then I'll help you make your own bow. It won't crumble into dust when you make it. Trust me." Phoebe and Jaden walked into the range behind the Hunter. "I'm not exactly good with arrows..." muttered Phoebe. "You can always try" Jaden said smiling at his sister.
