You have the authority to... You just have to go to 'moderator panel' and under 'captain controls' click 'edit forum settings'. Then just type whatever. You're Vice Captain so you've got all clearance. Nothing should be blocked form you.
I thought the same too before I was in college. I only went to two classes a day four days a week... I think. xD It was last semester.

Yeah I think he's leaving though, because long ago he started work with six other people on an RP guild and they all just kind of lost interest from my understanding. Him working in Fallen Dreams got him fired up to go back to work on Project//Halloween *I can't for the life of me remember how exactly they spelled it* so I believe that's where he'll be. Myth says he can work on PH and still RP in Fallen Dreams so I think he'll still be playing.
Well please, go ahead then. If I get any ideas though I might change it up, but I'll talk to you first.
Um for right now you can. If I find a font I like better though I might end up changing it. I dunno if special characters show up on guild titles though but it's worth a shot.
Um just black, gray, dark red... You see the colors in the corner post art Noir made for me? Yes yes, those're the colors I love to use.
Graphics? *unfamiliar with what exactly you mean* I like black wings, and fallen dreams can deal with the fallen angels and for some reason I have an obsession with blood stained crucifixes that are very ornate and beautiful. To me the crucifix is a sign of death, rebellion, or darkness... It has nothing to do with hope and faith.✟
