"Yes, of course I do," Raoul said. "Quite displeased to meet your acquaintance, Carlotta. And of course I have a life, unlike some specific opera-crasher I happen to know. Also, you say I have no life because I stalk the beautiful Christine, far more lovely than you could ever dream of being. I do not stalk her. You, however, do. And I would never make anyone carry my bags. To work is to have a life. To be lazy..." He trailed off.
Raoul was red with anger. How dare she insult him!

Ooc: Raoul bites back, and harder this time!
PostPosted: Mon Feb 16, 2009 5:23 pm

Ooc: Awesome! =O
No way did he go too far. That was great.
I'd respond for real, but... I need for Christine to respond, first! gonk

Ooc: Hey, can I be Meg Giry too? Of course, unless someone else already wants to.
PostPosted: Mon Feb 16, 2009 5:53 pm

Ooc: Sure, why not?! =D
Meg is all the fun of a beautiful teenaged girl that every man falls in love with at first sight, PLUS a twisted, dark mind!
I'll post that right now. ^^

Ooc: Oh no he didn't!

Carlotta, shaking with anger, nearly shouted at the boy.
"How dare you acuse me of such things! If I remember, She was following me! And she asked if she could help, you ungrateful Twerp! By your looks I can see that you have never worked a day in your life! I however must actually make my living, and therefor tire my voice out everyday! You have no respect for Real Opera and have no right to stand on this very floor!" Her voice had almost risen to a screaming point and had started attracting stares from others.

Ooc: Watch out Raoul, Carlotta is a big woman... ninja
PostPosted: Tue Feb 17, 2009 9:19 am

Ooc: Oh yes he did!

Bic: Raoul spoke calmly, hoping the starers would find something else to watch. "I do not consider singing 'work, Carlotta. People use their voice everyday, and it is not work for them. Take the young Christine Daae, for example. Her voice is far more beauteous than your, and do you see her being paid for it? I don't think so.."
But Raoul couldn't stop there. "And I also believe that I have more rights to be standing here than you do. After all, aren't you supposed to be on the stage where all of us in the audience can watch your ungrateful soul?"

Ooc: I know, but it's hard to stop!

Ooc: Now you might be taking it too far...

Carlotta looked down at the small man, finally finding her temper. She was starting to think more clearly. She snickered down at Raoul.
"So says the man who stalks an innocent young girl, then accuses me of doing it," she hissed. "To insult one actor is to insult the entire theatre. And if you don't recall, I was mearly asking if you needed anything, and you were just being terribly ungrateful. i would like to ask you what it is I have done that is so terrible that you now stand here and insult me, you lazy, ungrateful, know-nothing soul of a foppish boy."

Ooc: I can't stand Raoul, if you couldn't tell, and now I must argue with him as Carlotta. Small world...

Ooc: Sooo bored...

"I am not stalking her," Raoul said, his self-control also coming back to him. "And to insult one actor is simply to insult one, just one, actor, no more." He paused. "What have you done that is so terrible? Why, everything. And you also asked if I needed anything. I did not before, but now all I need is some fresh air and some time away from you." With those words, Raoul flashed her a small grin, spun around, and started to walk away.

OOC: I'M SO SORRY! I'VE BEEN SO VERY BUSY WITH MY SINGING CAREER AND ALL! SO TERRIBLY SORRY!

Smiling she closes her eyes. "How could I forget about you? You have done so much for me. I am forever in your debt for how much you've helped me."
PostPosted: Sat Feb 21, 2009 6:38 pm

Ooc: Once again... it's fine.

Bic: Erik smiled as the child did, as always, gluttonously devouring the strange, pointed happiness that came with seeing her glad, though, they'd yet never actually met.

"I have only made you one of my own. There should be no debt owed from one angel to another," the voice came in a sudden, light whisper that curled in its oddly sweet tenor about the girl's little porcelain ears. "As long as you pledge to ever love me, and stay chaste for me.... I shall be your teacher forever."

"I give you my word that I will remain chaste for you, and my love and gratitued towards you grows with each passing day." Her ears picked up on the sound of his sweet voice and, like a hungery child at it's mother's breast, took in each and every word. His words were worth more to her then gold, and more presious then diamonds. "When shalt we meet? I can't wait to see the face to such a most beautiful voice as your own."

But Carlotta could not leave it at that.
"So you decide to reward politeness with rudeness?" She called after him, but not following him. "It shows how little you know about the theatre if that is what you think. And you have failed to explain exactly what it is that I do that is so terrible. You are indeed stalking that girl." Then she turned and walked away, finished with the ungrateful whelp.

Intro 6: Madame Giry (Yee!)

Madame Giry stepped down the stairs, her box hat neatly on her head. Her dark eyes flashed with annoyence at the scene that had just taken place in front of her.
Both of the parties, Raoul and Miss Carlotta, had really put on a scene, and for that, Mdme Giry was annoyed. She had never seen such a dispicable display of attitudes. But then Carlotta shot her last words at Raoul. She decided that if he did not leave it there, she would be forced to remove him from the opera house. It was best, they were scaring guests and onlookers.

Despite himself, and his more rational thoughts against it, Erik could not help the moment of imagining that, when Christine spoke of love, she actually spoke of it in reference to himself....

...Not that loving, ominpresent spirit that said to always care for her as an angel would, without the harsh, repugnant realities of the lust of man.

"I don't know that we shall ever meet, my child. You must remember, always, that I love you very much.... But that it would take strides for me to see you. I must wait until you are properly prepared for it," he assured her in the voice of old Apollo, nothing of the darkness that so fast pervaded his thoughts showing within the bright masculine tone. "I only ask that you work so hard as you can for me, and do the things I ask.... Then, perhaps, you may visit Heaven with me."
