Atara slowly and gracefully stood up, her way of keeping her mouth from getting her into trouble. Knowing well that this wasn't the time for her to speak, she backed against the wall and waited.

Katsuo nodded his head to Retons statement
"thats okay your still young... and a very young Hokage or Kage of any sort, but remember i was in the counsel with your father i know the rules but you must understand why i put Atara in that position without the Chunnin exams, but nevertheless i humbly accept your apology"
as Katsuo looked up at Reton with a smile.

"I see why you did it but I must please ask you not to do it again...That rule was there for a very good reason. It was there so that not only could all the Kages who wanted to attend be entertained and vote on whether or not they are good enough, also it gives them battle experience and a chance to make new friends in other villages. So please don't do it again"

Atara clenched her teeth to keep from bursting out of her place. Hoping Reton would soon make his leave, she could then confied in Katuso.

Two Days Later....
Kai arrived with his bag in his hand and said, Katsuo I am back and ready for my training. Kai was fully healed and there were no scars on his body. It was as if his body had had been reborn anew.

Two days before Kai's Post
"Understood" Reton bows to the Kazekage and turns around. While he walks away he puts his hand in the air and waves slightly "Thank you for your time Lord Kazekage" Reton bites both his thumbs and places them to the ground "Teleportation Jutsu" Reton disappears in a puff of smoke.
Returns to Two days later

Atara slowly walked in with her hands together, almost pleading.
"Please Katsuo, hear me out!"
She sat in the chair in front of his desk and took a deep breath.
"I know I'm not ready yet . . . but in time I may be . . . but the reason I wish to be your apprentice, is to be a lot wiser than I am now. To be stronger, aigle, experienced. When the time is right . . .", she took a deep breath, "I want to start my own village." She announced as she looked at Katsuo, unwavering.
