Forbidden Seal. That one is the hardest one to beat, since it's made by something that could whack Gojira in the nuts with a stick and mke it stay down.

My Kuu and Ki Hamon are also hard to beat, not to mention that I finally included my trump card jutsu, Musou Tensei. Note that I'm still waiting to send that jutsu to Takai and await his approval.
