Orochimaru waved his hand mildly. "My last subjects were released after an unfortunate incident so I'm sure they have done as they pleased." he said. "But please, genetic manipulation like that? Childs play. I've already perfected the formula for the ideal aquatic shinobi. The only thing I was not able to successfully do is allow the subject to fully suppress the genetic manipulation and appear... hmmm... human."

Ganjou looked at Kanryu with an arched brow. "Oh yes, for you maybe Orochimaru. But collectively our goals are the same. And didn't you already accomplish this with that one creation of yours, Hoozuki Suigetsu?" He asked while letting off another ring of smoke. "Who was one of my shinobi in the first place."

I chuckle. "Well my labs have throughly been Destroyed by Baku in my failed attempt to Subdue him." I sigh leaning my arm on to one fo the rests then Resting my Chin in my hand. "SO my lab is out of the Question."

I was speaking of a test subject I took from the Sea Country. She showed all the signs of a true aquatic warrior. Though she is free now I still have the information to create more." He crossed his fingers in contemplation. Perhaps that wasn't such a bad idea.

"You should remember what the Yajuu did the last time thew were widespread." he said with a smile. "As I recall you lost a substantial amount of your ANBU from when a pack of ten came at your northern border. Granted your losses after that were much smaller but still." He shrugged as if that was enough said. "If you want then take her. She already stands up to a Kaguya of Chunnin level."

"But if you think about it, I technically already have her since she spends so much time with Shukoshu Kakuzu, who keeps her mainly in my village. Most of the time." Ganjou sighed at the remark of losing ANBU. "When my ANBU took on the Yajuu, they were no longer accustomed to clans like they are after the civil war. The Kaguyas ended that type of need in our village once they were wiped out." He nodded slightly. "And as for a kraken, I have a bit of a surprise for these Genin."
