Cody noticed a familiar face walk into the common room. "Arekku! Long time no see, buddy!" He gave an excited wave and smiled brightly.

Sammy gave a curious look to Arekku. "I'm guessing you're still mad at me for what I exposed about you?" she asked, obviously slightly amused by this. "However, I think it might be bad that you're still doting on this..."

Cody turned to Adam. "Since August, eh? We had to have met before this then. Now that i think about it, I'm almost positive I either graded one of your missions or we went on a TRP together or something..." there was so much going on. He was holding a conversation with Adam and Arekku had just shown up. He was overwhelmed.

There's no such cat in the metropolis, who holds all the pieces in monopoly,
Arekku looked back at Cody and nodded, "Yeah! It has been quite a while! Last I saw you... Was when we went to the island caves?" It caused him to scratch his head to think about it. "Hmm..." Then Sammy's comment registered in his head and he turned a harsh glare on her, "You have exposed nothing aside from the fact that you are a simple-minded nut who only cares nothing about other's beliefs or the true reality you live in." He spat his words like acid, "I do not wish to speak with you anymore until you've grown to accept the fact that you did meet your father that day and not just some impossible illusion somehow cast by me..." He turned from her and walked into the kitchen to grab a bite to eat.
for performing surprising illusions, and creating eccentric confusion.

Sammy stood, releasing a few sparks of electricity. "Do not speak of my father with that tone," she hissed, turning towards the teleporter. "To avoid getting into another spat with Arekku, I will be up on the beach. However..." she shot a glare at Arekku, who she could see in the kitchen. "If you wish to resolve things through battle, I will be prepared." With that, she walked up to the beach.

"Meh. I have a horrible memory." He watched Sammy and Arekku's discourse. "Yea... Sammy. I need to tell you something abo-" He sighed as she left.

Cody continued smiling at Arekku. "That sounds... Just about right, I believe." he listened to the small fight between his two friends. "Well, I'm kinda itching for a battle... Could I come and battle you instead of Arekku?" he asked Sammy. But she was already gone. "Damn..."

Arekku's form shimmered for a second, he was desperately shoving his anger away, "Cody, she means an actual fight..." He spoke through clenched teeth. With that he went to his room with an apple.

Cody's smile turned quickly to a frown. "Nevermind..." he said quietly. I think I'm going to head off for a while too. He headed to the beach, walking in the opposite direction of Sammy.

~Sanctus Espiritus... Maddy was sitting on her usual rock, gazing out into the ocean. A Spearow swooped down and landed on her shoulder, a note held firmly in his beak. Maddy glanced at the note. "Why?.." She took the note and stared at it. But she didn't dare open it and read it.... Redeem us from our solemn hour~

And Adam was alone. Adam hates being alone. "Sammy wait up!" He called as he stepped onto the beach, walking up next to her.
