I'll stop saying it's pagan when someone can come up with a logical way to connect rabbits and painting eggs to Jesus’ resurrection. It is a Christian holiday now, don't get me wrong, but it's just so not even remotely celebrated as one.

Most people, including myself, celebrate it as one. But we don't celebrate with very Christian ways. No fasting, (much) praying, or even usually going to church!
Christmas' celebrations came up after we picked the winter solstice as the day he might have been born. So at least it wasn't the same holiday with a "new" backround.

And I got pulled over for driving too slow! Bloody cop kely following me, and I turned onto this little dinky road to go come that doesn't have a speed limit sign. So I did 20 mph. Then the cop pulled me over. Grrr.....
