BTW- We're in the Lightning Country RP but RPically in the Land of Frost
@Stream- Um, just chill. It's not like we're all planning to massacre you or anything, we were just letting you know that at some point having a demon will pull you into various story lines. Some players, like Zav, go after demons and at certain points Guild Plots will revolve around demons.

yeah i've been developing this character field well before you won your demon XD;; I did it to create a unique environment for which my character spawned. it has nothing to do with anyone having a demon or not and more to do with the fact that I have been reading kekkaishi and took their demon boofing lands and twisted them to my own purposes in the guild ^. ^b
@sai- ok XD;; we'll work what we can if we decide we can make a reason to travel there... maybe the nomads in that land needs a little help with their territory = w=b

Forgive the worry then. The conversation started with you saying I have, "A target on my back".
That kind of gives me the impression that I have a big target on my back.

@Stream- Yes, you have a target. Someone is going to eventually come after you. It is logical to expect someone to come after a person holding a demon. The entire story of Naruto is laced with how demons cause troubles for the container.
But it's not the end of the world, it's not to say you need to freak out and start crunching lines. All I was saying was that eventually you will be faced with some conflict, a fight, IC hatred for the biju you have, w/e it may be, you are a target for some form of conflict IC.
So do forgive if we gave you the impression this is life and death, we're all out to slaughter you and hoist your head onto a pitchfork before screaming into the village in glee and joy(though that would be hilarious and put a tremendous smile on my face right now, but hey that's me. I love gritty and violent parts of the guild), and it's all coming down on your head right now. Was just pointing out something pertaining to the subject of you knowing the system and wanting your character not to be a push over.
@Zav- Oh, well the area I'm in currently being harassed by bandits and whut not. Don't know if that'll help sway any stories =3

Ah. Well in that case, I'm not quite as worried about the matter... I just didn't foresee such things, so when it came to me as a surprise I didn't know at what length it extended to.
Kind of like how a surprise party always seems more exciting than a party. A "Surprise, character conflict" always comes off as more extreme than Character conflict by itself.

well in any case though it may be a surprise conflict IC... conflicts with one another are generally brought up well before the events actually occur in the OOC XD;; so it won't likely be a surprise to you, just your character XD;; unless people are being real sneaky pete. know this though I have no interest nor have I ever had an interest in demon holding powers XD; so unless my characters village deems you a threat to their country you will likely have no trouble aside from any personal conflicts you bring to the table. = w=b

We were not trying to scare you, not even warn you really, its just some things we like to tell players whom get demons that are new to nfs because they dont automatically understand what that means. Its not a walking target in the sense of everyone out there is rubbing the palms together plotting against you, but at the same time realize that just making sure not to mess with anyone, is no longer going to be enough to stop the attacks from coming(if). When you dont have a demon and you dont want to fight, its generally easy to avoid such situations, but when you do have a demon, there will be times when you did nothing to anyone at all, just where in the wrong place at the wrong time.
Not something to be scared, of, just something to be aware of is all.
Simply put, Dont live looking over your shoulder, but do watch your back biggrin
