currently from what I skimmed between the mods posts they are leaning more toward accept than decline, but then again I was only skimming lol xD
Someone should get Quix to vote if he hasn't already since he is back and on right now >_>

we should probably get him up to vote, but an odd number of mods votes would be best. otherwise theres the possibility of a tie. so yeah we need people to vote just the right amount of times.

I am usually like that when a custom is denied on the first attempt but usually half the mods deny it on overpoweredness and then on the 2nd attempt it's better. Currently I'm iffy on the abilities since it seems like a killing doujutsu more than anything else >_> especially when you can almost insta-kill at 45k CPs Yes it's used some red beam on me, I tried to outrun it but it was too fast, Oddly I didn't think about runing to the left or right. It kille dme in one hit, I just got some gloves that multiplied my spirit(reatsuI) power. As for the metal thing, I didn't think he would take so much offense to it seeing as it just role playing. o.o

its not like the bikou clan, it allows the brain to function faster(only similarity) and thus increase effectiveness of genjutsu to the point where it can almost completely be unstopped.

the eyes are what gives the brain extra functioning power. other then that i dont know, but then how does the sharingan work to copy techniques and any other eye?

From what I understand it pays attention to the slightest details in movements to the point where it can almost predict what the opponent is going to do.
Byakugan doesn't have that function. And neither does the Ringgan (i spelled that horribly)
From Hidden Void, the Bikou clan slows things around/speeds themselves up giving them more time to analyze their opponents movements.

Ace: Please be a bit more polite to our new members. They're new and don't know as much. Everyone makes mistakes and there's no need to make fun of our members because of them. I know its not in your nature but please keep comments like that to youself. We're trying to encourage new members not scare them away.
