klam pmed it to you twice i think. its the Lagan Clan.
just for safe measures though i'll post it here anyway. look down.
Lagann Clan- a clan of ninja who have a special eye that allows them to utalize their minds fully. Most of their clan has past away but a few are left. They have a strong fighting spirit and refuse to give up.
Techs-
Takai Boushi- a strange eye that grants this clan the ablility to cause time to slow time down for them. Its main use is in creating strategy, as it causes the brain to think at 200% normal speed. Once activated this eye can also cause the opponent to begin to loose memory when looking into the eye directly. The eye’s iris is a light blue color, the pupil is generally a variation of red and has the shape of a cross. (put picture here)

Takai Boushi LV1-(gained after 15000pts) the first of the forms for the Takai Boushi. this form of the eye is dangerous as the brain doesn’t know how to act upon the speed of the eyes. It can only be used for short periods of time until the second stage is reached. This eye will increase the brain’s speed by 50% and will cause the opponent to see a horrifying genjutsu if looked into while the person is thinking.
Takai Boushi LV2-(gained after 30000pts) this can be used at long periods of time as it has matured and increased in power. This level is able to increase functioning speed of the mind by 100%. Once activated if the eye is looked into it can put the opponent into a horrible genjutsu that is almost impossible to escape from.
Takai Boushi LV3-(gained after 45000pts) this is one of the last forms of the Takai Boushi. It maximizes the brain’s ability to think as it increases thinking power by 200%. when looking into the eyes the opponent will fall into a genjutsu that paralyses the body. It can be used to increse power of genjutsu aswell and also simplify the use of genjutsu.
Mind Alteration- a genjutsu that is used with the Takai Boushi. Each level can use this attack as it is the primary technique utalized by it. This technique has the ability to erase the short memory of the opponent who stares into the eyes. It is done with the genjutsu of the opponent remembering his/her first memory. This grows stronger with each level so the opponent eventually can loose months of memory at a time.
Who do you think I am?- by using this genjutsu you declare a victory for yourself as this is an unescapable genjutsu. It is impossible to escape from it without killing the user before it completely activates. When in use the user holds his/her arm in the air pointing to the sky and declares, “Just who do you think I am?” once said the opponent can not escape and will be trapped to be taken to his/her own death. They will be helpless to any attack done after activation.(this will mostlyikely be my made up if its to strong for a regular attack)
Fear of Doom- a strong genjutsu that makes the opponent feal deprived of food or water for days although they aren’t. even if they eat they still feel deprived. The purpose of this is to distract the opponent’s body so it feels the need of sustanance once in this state it is hard to tell what is happening exactly. Pain becomes less painful and they feel tired and weak.
Take over- this is a special technique that requires the third level of the Takai Boushi. When used the opponent falls into a genjutsu that erases the majority of their memory and the person is used as a spy. It is similar to a living puppet because of the the fact that it is alive and you can control it completely. They can only be freed by a certain key word. The word is decided when the person is taken.
Beastman reformation- this is a technique that can be used when a dead person is found(graveyards are not usable. Only people that have been recently killed) generally this is used on someone that the user has recently killed. When used the person must decide upon what he/she is going to do to the body. It can only add a single animal’s DNA to the body and revive it. When used the body reforms into a Beastman it has a shape most similar to the animal instead of the person. When used the mind is kept so the beastman gains the personality of the person killed. The Beastman must obey their creators until either of them is killed.
Spiral master- this technique is a taijutsu that enables the user to spin at an extreme speed. It is used by jumping into a spin and it continues to speed up as it moves. While in motion, before impact with an enimy, this attack can use a spinning weapon to cammage the opponent quickly or dig holes. When used in cunjunction with the Rasengan the effects are deadly. It is most often used with the Rasengan as it has the ability to sentrifuge the opponent’s body sepparating all liquides from the body.
Spiral Digger- this technique is used to spin chakra into a cone shape with multiple spikes of chakra they are more smaller cones. It is a drill that can pierce through the thickest armor in a minute. When used with Spiral Master it can go through almost anything in seconds. It is able to destroy a barrier of the strongest ninja in seconds.
Era of the Sky- this is an ability that allows the user to spin chakra behind their shoulders and form small wings that allow them to fly while in the air this can increase the streangth of Spiral Master and Spiral Digger.
