Anyway, her murder of Heather's father aside. Her most wicked and disgusting act is at the end of the game.

After Heather takes the Aglaophotis, which causes her to basically abort and vomit the fetus of the demon/God inside of her she attempts to "finish" it off by stomping on it. But Claudia knocks her away from it and swallows the fetus x.x

But yeah, while their acts are not quite as grand scale as Sephi's, they are pretty evil.
