they do it wuite regularly actually, it is there way of making me do things for them, as well as the fact that they try to get me to go to bed before 3 am....which requires them turning off the modem...then i read till 4 or 5.

My math teacher used to search my backpack for books at the beggining of every class, because I would read while she spoke...but my test grades were highest, so she eventually just let me read every day... I got through 11 wheel of time books twice that year thanks to her failure at successfully confiscating them, and her eventual begrudging acceptance.
