Anyone know a quick way to get over a self-induced case of depression and lack of confidence due to one's own inner ramblings?
Ladies in particular? I've been trying to come up with an idea for a friend in Virginia, but short of getting laid, I can't think of a quick solution.

Inner ramblings = Those nagging thoughts of self-induced dimensia that are based off an extremely pessimistic view of one self.
Such as "I'll never be as pretty as her", "I'm worhtless", etcetera.
