Uhm...Sure. But Yokai is kind of...well....its complicated. If the kage ok's it, its fine. But you'll have to meet Yokai before you can ask.
Yokai isn't a long time Mist shinobi. There's no way you can know about him until you meet him.What are your elements and are you a bukijutsu user.

Azei; I say it because I don't know if one is from a show or something, but personally, Vergil needs to stay out of the ninja world.
Astra; It goes. Some friends and I are going to say good bye to a friend of ours, who leaves back to the University of Iowa tomorrow in an hour or so.
Ten; It's much preferred they still ask. Just read the description of the mission first, and ask, does this sound like something they'd let a chuunin do?
