I only HALF named her Cortana because of my obsessive love of Halo. The other half is based off of the myth that Cortana got her name from.

Curtana/Cortana. Both are proper spellings just as Cortana's father sword, Durendal can be spelled Durendal, Durendul and Durandal... Durandal, of whom, I also have a huge obsession... *Old Bungie reference*

How do you know of that old Templar legend...?
Also, there is so no way to get the "gist" of Marathon before playing through it... the storyline is so in depth and filled with mind exploding references and under-meanings bathed in psychology, philosophy, history and insanity...

Unless you chose it in Multiplayer... then they call it "Marathon"I know. But, thanks to 'Contact Harvest', I now know that glyph (canon-wise) means Reclaimer. 3nodding
