kali rested on her hands as they interlinked under her chin. she looked up at Edouard.

"i am new to commanding, maybe they think me rude to come to them like this, they could be meeting to discuss what to do about are ship."

the humming of the ships in her workings slowed as the hovered closer to the ground. people outside looked up at the beautifully crafted ship floating in the air, a lot of them had never seen an airship, where as some took a glance, then moved on.

back on the ship the crew sat restless. kali stood and stretched a bit.

"welll! I am going to change my clothes to a more suitable garment for a meeting. do as you will for now Edouard, but you may want to go on ahead to see what is going on in the castile. but keep it on the low key ok, don't want to start things to soon."

kali walked off into another part of the ship, doors closing after her."

As kali turned to leave the room Edouard spoke following her previous words.

"If that is what you wish then i shall go on ahead."

A young deck officer turned to edouard.

"we do not have authorisation for anyone to go down."

"They will not even know that i have gone down."

Edouard then glared at the officer who quickly bowed and spoke before running off

"I'm sorry sir"

Edouard looked down at his attire perhaps a little less conspicuous.

Edouard pulled off his chestplate. and threw it clanking to the floor its hard black nobbled edges scraping into the floor they were rather sharp. Hen then removed his gauntlets and chucked them into the increasing pile along with the chainmail leggings he wore and finishing it off he put his prized crossbow atop the pile.

"Anyone that touches this stuff dies, In fact if even one item is missing you all die"

The deck hands nodded silently almost knowing he wasn't joking.

Edouards shadow stretched to the darkened corner of the room and his form sank into his own shadow dissapearing into the floor at this dark point.

The sound of drumbeats sounded of, the men walked with a slow pace as a single unit there muscles tense, smiles over there faces and their emotions only just kept in check at the carnage to be had. there weapons gleamed sharply and brightly as the patterns they chose to decorate themselves in were clear to see.

behind them the rats scurried plotting and finding the best vantage point eager to take the pickings and drive a knife in someones back. it was a strong force and an odd looking spectacle, but a powerful site for such a rebel band. they drove forward through the mist, from the castle it must have looked like shadows in the mists nothing more.

andreas was sat in the saddle of his horse along with yuki looking down at the army. he couldn't help but feel a little happy to see the ruthless nature of his hired help.

"in a few minutes we move under the cover of the mist around the side of the castle there i want you to follow me. be swift and direct there can be no mistakes and no survivors in are path"

andreas rose his hand parting his fingers and his eyes glowed bright with a flash of light. a eruption of flames came from the tips of his fingers shooting high into the sky growing in size as smoke was left trailing from where they had come from. they lit up the sky causing his army to look up and see what this explosion of light was and watched in awe. then they shot down in great balls of fire straight into the castle walls causing sparks to fly as they impacted. they smashed against the castle walls leaving a trail of ash and fumes.

"there, that should get there attention."

the men cheered and charged at the castle walls and andreas pulled the reins of his horse galloping to where he needed to be.

The duty Gurds at the castle gates were going by as usual since avalus had gone to asureia it had been less boisterous around here and the queen kept only 1 knight by her side. That knight was Lucia Deadoran, A summoner in fact the only summoner within the queens knight in fact she may be one of the only summoners in all Arvadia and her summons drew essence form of the very alexander that looked over them now from another world. Their faith in him just as strong. The creatures she could call forth where the alexandritees small bastions of holy energy.

The guard swung back on his chair watching the magical screens before him and then all of a sudden the ground shook and he fell back.

Grabbing his head in pain he whelped then looked up to the screen. No he had only to look to the skies from the windows to see flames rising from the outer wallsn he grabbed his sword and coul hear the other guardhouse troops forming outside the hutt just within the gates ready for whatever came. He on the other hand was the on duty officer and he had to report any threats directly to the griffon core and more importantly to the eagle riders who would head out to asureia to alert their forces there. wether they would be needed or not they were always alerted it was only when the second messenger arrives at asureia that they wud in fact be summoned.

The officer ran as fast as he could trying not to trip. Bounding through the central gates of the castle the soldiers there barely having timke ton open them as they saw him run up the long pathway to the main castle structure. Ahead lie the griffon barracks insiden the oh so importaqnt eagle riders.

Ahead him 3 of the riders stood ready to fly obviously having heard the commotion.

"You only need give us our message for the reserve forces and we will be sky ward"

and that he did.

The eagle riders swooped over the city walls away from the attacker . Heading northwards from this height they could see asureia it was a blessing and an ideal strategy that such a place was located nearby.

Back a the castle the griffon riders prepared their mighty steeds for the coming conflict with their ornate armours and saddles being strapped on to the elegant beasts. The knights of arvadia waiting as the squires prepared the beasts aswell as the knights own equipment. Their armour gleemed and mighty lances filled their hands shields strapped to the rump of the creature they would be riding sword sheathed they were awe inspiring some of the best troop arvadia could hope to have.

Out on the main battlefield the rank and order guards werent doing so well and they were not trained for such a combined force and were distracted by the larger brutes to notice a number of the smaller creatures taking advantage of their opening and attack from the rear while they fought blow for blow with the larger brutes.

Kali hid her lips from view as she smiled with knowledge that all of this madness worked so well in to her plan, she took a moment to whisper to herself.

"Anima, if this is you’re doing then you are an ingenious god indeed."

Kali then closed her eyes getting into the right state of mind. The crew ran about worried of the safety of the ship not even looking at who it was attacking who. Kali then stood and rushed to the window and then she turned with a worried look passing over her face.
"what’s going on?"
"I don't know, but there are people firing from both sides."

"The queen must be having her troops attack us from both sides in and out of the castle, so this was her plan all along. Lift the ship higher."

The men all looked worried too but did as kali said and got back to the posts and the ship indeed powered up. The ship began to hover up, it shot a few warning shots below to keep both sides away. As it rose some arrows hit the side of the ship doing little damage. Kali had a plan right away to add to what was happening but it would have to be timed just right.

"Is everything running fine here?"

"Yes sir"

"Good, I am going to check the engine room."

Kali ran to the door and the metal clanged slowly under her steps. She then walked through the sliding door and to a window around the corner and out of view of others. Arrows still hit the side of the ship but did little to the strong metal.

Edouard loked up at the airship he had just shortly disembarked only to see it fire down at the castle wall from above.

"My dear kali I was not expecting that one."

Edouard smiled

"anima you have been busy havent you or is this merely just blind luck. Either way it goes towards our own plans."

Edouards eyes flashed red for a second

"Yes I shall return to her at once"

Edouard form melted away once more into the shadows.
