Searan removed his hand and leaned into his chair as if to kind of hide. "I... I jsut wanted to tell you... I... I do not know these.... emotions so well. B-But I somehow knew what this was... What I felt for you.... But... I... I was... afraid? Afraid of being... rejected..."

If everything were as it seemed, life would be a dream.  Anya bit her lip, listening as Searan spoke. "Re-rejected?" she said quietly, still biting her lip. "B-but," she said, looking down. She really couldn't think of anything to say, or to think. It didn't help that she was still tired...

Searan looked to her and got up, offering her his hand. "Here. You're tired. Why don't you sleep on it. Maybe we can talk about it later." he said softly, slowly guiding her to her nice comfy bed.

If everything were as it seemed, life would be a dream. Anya took Searan's hand and let him guide her, though she wasn't sure why. Something felt a little off, but she ignored it. She was just....shocked. Just shocked, "Thanks," she managed as she sat on the edge of her bed. [OOC:] Do it again! Do it again! LIKE-A-GOOD-NEIGHBOR-STATE-FARM-IS-THERE! In my office! *shoom*

[OOC:] xd xd The clone smiled softly as he gently eased her down to the bed, tucking her in. "Go to sleep. You'll feel better." he said softly, gently stroking her hair before leaving her room to let her sleep.

If everything were as it seemed, life would be a dream. Anya smiled a little, closing her eyes as she was tucked in. Even as Searan left, though, there was an uncomfortable feeling in her stomach. But she pushed it aside, burying her face in her pillow with a frown.

The night was uneventful after that. Yet the morning was quite eventful.
Luke had gotten up, showered, and dressed just as everyone else was. Except his sister. He knew she'd still be asleep. So he went down to her room and slid open the rice doors. Them hitting the door jams with a loud 'clack.' "And just what is going on here?!" he said in a booming voice, waking his sister.

"Lost in this world of love and war."  Demetri, who was usually a rather heavy sleeper, jumped a little as he was jerked from sleep by Luke's yelling voice. He blinked rapidly, shocked by the sudden light, and after his squint had disappeared, he looked down at Lunora, nuzzled into his side, and almost grimaced. He knew that this must look pretty bad to Luke. "Um, well, there was sleep going on," he said sarcastically. If everything were as it seemed, life would be a dream. Anya yawned a little as she headed down to the dining hall, ignoring the commotion coming from Lunora's room. She was hungry, freshly woken up, and already had a whole lot on her mind because of Searan's visit the night before.

"I should throttle you! This has so many other impli-" Luke was cut off there, getting a pot to his head., making him fall over.
Lunora groaned some, having thrown the pot. "Oh would you shut it already? He was watching me and I got cold. Besides I wasn't allowed to move so I jsut used him instead of making a fire. So there." Man, this fox was a very good liar. She grumbled some and nestled back up against Demetri to resume sleeping and recovering.

"Lost in this world of love and war." Demetri chuckled as he saw Luke fall, and he smiled down at Lunora as she went back to sleep. He wasn't tired, but he closed his eyes, too, just to see if Luke would leave them alone finally. He rested his chin on the top of Lunora's head, keeping his arms around her.

Lunora smiled some and stayed close to Demetri, yawning.
Luke groaned a bit as a maid closed Lunora's doors then leaned over him. He said he was fine as he peeled the pot off his face. "That hurt...." he mumbled, getting up and sighing. He just headed downstairs to get something to eat.

If everything were as it seemed, life would be a dream. Anya was seated at the table, a small plate of breakfast in front of her, but even that wasn't disappearing very quickly as she picked at it. There was a bite taken out of one piece of sausage, but aside from that, there was no visual difference in the plate from the fresh food on the table for everyone else. She just couldn't eat very much while she thought.

Luke sat and thanked the servant as a plate of freshly smoked ham and eggs were brought to him. He was just cutting up his ham when he saw Anya's plate. "Anya? What's wrong? You're... food's not disappearing..."

[OOC:] Sorry, unexpected lunch. If everything were as it seemed, life would be a dream. Anya looked up at Luke, shrugged, and looked back down at her food. She deliberately speared the bitten sausage, took another bite, shrugged as if to say, See? and put her fork down again, staring at the condensation of her glass.

Luke watched the faerie and he shook his head, setting his fork down. "Alright. What's bugging you." he asked, leaning over the table some. Yet he leaned back and ran a finger over his glass, the crystal releasing a small happy tone.
