I think there is an OOC HoH thread in Barton and that's where you register. Registration's not open yet. I'm sure Kraun can put up a link to the HoH OOC when registration opens...

So thats where it will be announced that teams can start registering and what each team will need to register?
Like gold to join, team profiles and an Rp for the openings of each team or something?

Yes, the HoH OOC will have rules posted, which should include any fees for entering, and a listing of teams. Its also where you register once registration opens ^.^
