Bestmom Ananda_Jr. Hehe, then I guess Jiggy can be the official AoG cook. xd Sounds good to me I hate to cook sweatdrop I like to cook for special occaisions (Christmas, Thanksgiving, etc) I just don't like "everyday" cooking. Especially during the week. By the time I get home from work, I'm so tired and hungry all I want is something I can stick in the oven and eat half an hour later.

I didn't eat all of the donuts... just half of them. Although I must admit the remaining half looks enticing.
Hehe, silly Ananda. I'd take an excuse to look at you lovely ladies anytime, nekkidity or no. blaugh

You may indeed need some backup cooks... I've eatten an entire 5 lbs turkey before in all of its deep fried goodness. That was of course on top of the three twice baked potatoes, four rolls, two servings of cooked squash, and a big helping of desert. Am I forgetting anything? *thinks* Oh yeah, and I had a serving of asparagus (sp).

You eat like my bro. He's my saving grace, though...eats everything. I cook on autopilot for 6. *laughs*
Last night I made about 8 lbs of chicken rice, which is really good. It's a pilaf of rice with garlic, ginger and cilantro, sauteed in chicken fat and cooked in homemade chicken stock. Then you shred the chicken, put it on the rice...and add some sauce to it. The sauce is made with two types of soy, bean paste, limes, garlic, ginger and cilantro...and a handful of hot thai chilis.
I also made a stir fry of onion, green beans, mushrooms and baby bok choy for a side. That's just seasoned with garlic, fish sauce and soy...but it turned out fabulously.
So...I have food for a few days, not counting what my bro eats. You could come over and help him eat, any time! rofl

I got lucky! As a gift this year, one of my friends gave me a cert to take a Thai cooking class with a lady who works our local Farmer's Market.
The course I chose was all her mother's recipes for Thai home cooking. Best gift I'd had in a long time...the dinner making is easy, but you have to have access to a good ethnic store!
If you guys were here, I promise!!!! I'd share! biggrin
