The system I got atm is pretty nice. I dont need to play my games at high graphics when its the games that are so graphic intense smile
AMD Athelon 64 3500+ 2Gig Ram Nvidia 6600 graphics card 512mb 80 gig Raptor drive ( a must for gameing ) 320 gig hard drive for everything else
Not bad for only spending 600 bucks on it smile got a great deal.

That sounds pretty nice. 3nodding So how are you experiences with the Nvidia card? I was bit in between with it and that Radeon, but since I haven't heard lots of good things about it I ended up with the good old safe one and took the Radeon. I've had that for the last three computers and I've been pleased with it. The AMD athlon is something I won't change away. I just prefer it over the Intel ones. I have AMD Athlon 64 4000+ processor.

Yes, that will certainly be sad day if they end up to it and it's stupid because the main market is in the gaming graphic cards. I guess when I'm updating my comp again I need to really start looking into those Nvidia cards. Luckily I don't need to do that for atleast two years.

Yeah, I know what you mean. If you want to play the games you really need to update your comp every two to four years. It's crazy how fast things advance and the prices go down in the same time. I could get my graphics card now about 30euros cheaper than few months back when I bought it.

Wow, so does he uses it to anything else than playing? I also have the crossfire option in my card but since I don't do any heavy 3d-modelling everyday I thought it would be bit too much. So how expensive is the graphic cards and usually the computer parts in the US? Here my graphic card cost about 150 euros which is about 210 dollars with the current dollar market.

They range anywhere from about 200$ - 800$.. so it really depends on how much cash you are wanting to spend for your graphics cards here smile if you dont do serious gameing then get the lower end stuff.. but if you are a big gamer! well buy the good stuff hehe

So I guess the prices are pretty much the same. Though for me it would be cheaper to buy the products from the US due the currency rates, but I haven't bothered to do so yet because there's always lots of hassel to get the products into Finland. We are so up north apparently that the post can't travel up here. (as if, my letters to Gaia seems to get there quite nicelly xd )

Seems to work that way.. the few times I have ordered things out of the US they seem to get her pretty fast for me.. but when I order here.. I can wait weeks and weeks at times lol.
I can tell you this much.. If I ever get the chance.. I think im gonna have to visit a few places out of the US smile Germany, Finland and Australia are my 3 top choices to visit in my life time.

Ah, great countries you've chosen! Especially the Finland! xd Finland is nice country though some people say it's cold and people are unwelcoming. The thing is that we Finns feel that we aren't allowed to bother anyone so we tend to keep to our self. If you start to chat with us then you really get to see the real us. Finland is also rather... desolated place. Not in the cities of course but there are still about 5,5 million people in this 338000 km2 country so you'll be seeing lots of forests and nature if you come here. 2/3 of our surface area is filled with forests. xd
Just found interesting fact about Finland the density of people in the square kilometer is 15 here in Finland when for example in the Dallas, Texas it's 1340. xd

We are a small country but I like it that way. I'm not really a crowd person and I hate concrete cities where you can't find a tree anywhere in the near kilometer or so. In here, even in the capitol, you'll find green areas and parks scattered around the town nicelly so the city isn't just big block of cement and asphalt.
