"Really? I'm surprised considering." Hiroki said as his eyebrow arched wondering if Ishi-san really believe Narcissus could really keep himself under control. Seemed rather odd that Ishi-san would let him go alone considering they just got back together but...well he didn't know everything about their relationship.
"Ah, I have to apologize, this use to be our big thing. Getting together, drinking and watching sports. Not that I'm all that fond of sports but...Tantou use to be a soccer goalie in high school. He kind of just drew everyone into his...fantasy of making it big.
Tantou then looked bank and said "Shut up. Only reason I didn't go for it was due to my girlfriend."
Samada laughed, "You broke up with her the next season." Then Kodo grinned, "That's because he was eyeing that girl from 3-A. But she was more interested in Hiroki-kun." Kodo winked at Hiroki, who look away obviously not innocent in this bit of history.
"She confessed to me...sure...and it was only because Tantou wouldn't leave me alone that I didn't take her up on the offer." he scolded the man who was glued to the set.
"So that's what happened." said Kunato then he looked over at Narcissus, "So...single and loving it. How does a star like you manage to remain that way. All the women that swarm around you. You could have your pick of some fine girls. You're way to young to be single! But then again, look at Hiroki-kun. He's older than you and still not married."
"Oh no..he's married alright...to his job!" replied Noto as he ate some chips. "I'm gonna set you up with my sister, Hiroki-kun. She's a nice country girl. You've got to start thinking about getting a girlfriend or set up a Omiai."
"See what happens when you come home, Narcissus." Hiroki laughed as he rolled his eyes.

"Yes... your friends gang up on you for being single." Katsu teased.
His blue gaze focused on the other men. "Look, the perfect way to keep single is to be popular enough to attract the ladies... but too busy to commit to a relationship." the man replied, as if it made perfect sense.
"It's better than even 'friends with benefits'." he laughed. "Plus you don't get involved in their drama. And I'm not really talking a one-night stand either."

"I know. I'm the only single guy in this bunch." he thumbed back to his friends and then laughed.
"Oh so that's how it is. I sure missed the boat. I should have followed you to Tokyo, Hiroki-kun." teased Kunato. "But wait, you're single and busy but...you're certainly not as popular as Narcissus-san here. What gives? Where's the girlfriend?"
"I told you." Noto said with a smirk, "His job's his wife. He don't have time to be po...." His words interrupted by....
"TOUCHDOWN!!" yelled Tantou who seemed to have forgotten the rest of the group entirely with the TV set.
Everyone's head turned and then the buddies broke into laughter. This seemed to be the way things were with this group of friends.
"So do you want some thing to eat, Narcissus? Or would you like to wait for dinner? I'm going to have some chips and dip..." Hiroki asked as he got up.
Kunato scooted in and looked at Narcissus, "Ok...so what is it like when the fans...you know...all those girls? I saw that they threw...pretty things at you during the charity event. That was pretty funny the one you plucked right off your manager's head. What's it like being so famous?" Obviously Kunato was the one of this bunch that probably wondered if he had chose the right life. He was really curious about Narcisuss' world. More so than the others.

Shinichirou shook his head. "I'll wait for dinner. My stomach doesn't quite know when it's dinner or breakfast or both... times zones and all." he replied before looking over Kunato who was pretty well in his space suddenly.
"Hmmmm..." Azriel tilted his head to the side. "Being famous is... life." he replied, as if there had never been anything else. "I guess I'm just used to it really... I mean there's a lot of perks. You can pretty much go anywhere you want to, though privacy's an issue. Course I don't have the problem like stars in America. The media and fans at least don't hound me at my home so that's nice."
For a few moments, he just thought on how else to explain it all... because Azriel wasn't nearly as popular as Narcissus... but he knew how such things did work.
"Yes, Izzy Lucky was quite embarrassed when they landed on his head. But you know... keeping them on is far better than throwing them at your favorite celebrity. Means that later..." Katsu leaned forward and smirked. "Said favorite celebrity MIGHT just get the chance to remove them himself." he said with a wink.

"Alright...Mm..." Hiroki looked down at the chips and then looked at the onigiri. He knew he was going to eat with Koyasu-kun but somehow just being here with his friends made everything seem rather homey. Surprisingly enough Koyasu-kun was on better than average behaviour. He was a little bit well different. But Hiroki couldn't explain, however, he did realize he never commented on something that Koyasu-kun had said. Maybe he had just thought of avoiding work but that would be impolite not to answer.
"Oh and about Ishihara-san. I'm sure that Shou-san was a very difficult to keep track of. I almost felt sorry for him at the party. And I doubt that Shou-san wanted to go back to Japan any time soon. Can't blame him. I know I couldn't work for his label. But wait? Why did he call you, Narcissus? Or is that what you want to talk about at dinner?"
Kunato seems very entertained by Narcissus' words. "Oh Ho..." he winked back and grinned, "I'm envious of you, man. And I can't wait to hear that latest album. I've got all of them. But hey, I've got all of Shou-san's too." He looked back at Hiroki. "I know Smash is your company's rival but they do put out some good music. Wasn't sure what to think about their latest star...Azriel-san performing last night. My daughter when to his concert. I saw it on TV. I think she might have been a little to young to see it. He's certainly got a good voice but I think his stage show...well...it was a little over the top."
"Oh?" Hiroki asked as he sat back down with one piece of onigiri some chips and dip. "I've not seen the profile on Azriel-san yet since he's so new but I hear he's billed as gothic visual kei. I wanted to watch his show later tonight on. They're repeating on TBS Late Night. So how bad was it?"
"Well if you like blood and gore non stop, then you've pretty much got his concert. I think I'll buy his album because I liked the music but...Oh yea, he was wearing a Victorian costume. It was really interesting, but...he definitely wasn't using Shou-san's costume designer." he said with a grin and then pointed out, "Narcissus-san you were wearing one of Shou-san's designer's costumes at the Charity event right?"
Hiroki took a bite of his sandwich and shook his head at his friends comments, "You know Shou-san is never going to reveal his designer. That's like the biggest unknown next to who Shou-san really is. Even Narcissus doesn't know...right?
He smiled as he looked over at Narcissus. "You probably should watch the concert. Azriel-san could be the next big thing. Maybe if you're around later we can watch it together?"

Looking over to where the snacks, and Hiroki, were, Katsu shook his head. "He didn't call me. He told me when we were in L.A." the man laughed slightly. "See, I helped with some recording for Izzy and Shou-san was there and that's where Ishihara-san finally caught up to him. I had already met the man at the party, but Ishihara-san told me he'd met you when we were at MeKA's recording studio."
His blue gaze moved back over to Kunato, "The new album'll be out soon. Maybe, since you're a friend of Hiroki's... I could have him send you a copy of the demo to tide you over?"
But when Kunato started suddenly talking about Azriel himself... "I'd heard he had a lot of horror in his shows and music..." the musician said, frowning for a moment. "Seriously... horror and nightmares have their place but an entire concert of it?" he shrugged and glanced back to Hiroki. "I don't know if I want to watch THAT after dinner."
Laughing, the man spoke seriously once more. "And no, I don't know Shou-san's designer. And TECHNICALLY it was one of his designer's costumes BUT Nikki-san, a designer friend of Izzy's, helped out on it. Course he had never figured out the original designer either."

"Poor man. I'm sure he was about ready to pull out his own hair." Hiroki said with a certain smile, "Mm...I didn't know you were helping Ishi-san and Shou-san with the recording. But I'm glad you were able to help. I actually can't wait to hear the single on CD. Always just a little different from hearing things live."
"Well he's a Smash star. They're always extreme at something. I guess that Azriel's gimmick is horror. Not my type of show for certain but I suppose I'll have to buy tickets sooner or later just to see the competition. You're right. Definitely not for dinner. I can only imagine what the man is like in real life after meeting a man like Shou-san. He definitely lives the fantasy. But to live a life of horrors..." he shook his head. "No thanks."
"Awh...Well shoot. If you can't figure out who his designer is, then I guess no one will." Kunato pouted and downed his sake. "I've been trying to figure that secret out for years. But he never gives anything away."
Hiroki laughed then pointed to Kunato, "He works in fashion retail management. So that's why he's so dang curious. And don't even consider talking fashion all night, Narcissus. I do want dinner at some point."
"But look, one day I want to have an exclusive in my stores....Can't you see it. Fashions by the Stars! We could even have your favorite brands displayed Narcissus-san."
The rest of the buddies seemed to be listening on and off except for Tantou who was thoroughly absorbed in the game. Chips and dip in bowls were roaming around the room and the first bottle of sake was already gone. It was a good assumption that they might have stayed up, drank until drunk and crashed at Hiroki's pad except that Narcissus was there and they probably would consider leaving eventually.

"If you work in management then why don't you discuss it with your CEO and bring up a proposal to Ohayou or SMASH or GO or any of the big labels?" Katsu asked curiously. "I mean... it would certainly draw in business... and though I've my own designer, it would probably be good press to have a fashion line."
Azriel went silent for a moment after that, seeming to consider the idea. But really, he was wondering if he shouldn't pursue that line of thinking because from everything he knew and had studied... Narcissus wasn't into the business side of things at all.
Blue eyes glanced back over to Hiroki and he started laughing. "Yeah waking up covered in blood probably wouldn't be a good way to wake up in the morning... and if he's living horror well... there's a good chance of that happening on a daily basis I bet. Even if it is theatrical. I'm curious as to what the man's like... Shou-san being my rival is bad enough..."

Hiroki glanced at Koyasu-kun and wondered if he had grown a second head for a moment. For once, he actually brought up a business idea not so directly related to his music. Hiroki blinked thinking well yeah it was a good idea...was it Izzy who spurred on the man to think more business like, or was he really trying to help? "That is a good idea. Why don't you do what Narcissus says and send in a proposal. I'm sure that you might even catch Shou-san's attention too. Although I still bet he won't tell you his designer."
"Maybe he'd be willing to have some of his costumes displayed then. Some of them only get seen a few times and never seen again. Did you see his Djini costume last spring with the peacock tails that draped down his backside?"
"Yeah, I saw it. It was all over the entertainment news. His Rites of Spring fantasy.... " Hiroki sighed. "Only some men can pull off exposing their stomachs like that...he's one of them."
"You're right, waking up covered with blood is not my idea of fun. Probably watches B-rated horror shows to get his next performance." Hiroki grinned and then ate another chip. "I can't imagine, Narcissus. He could be a couple of different extremes. Could be really normal or maybe just insane as a loon. I'd like to think normal and a good guy...but...yeah...Lately, I'm just a little more jaded about those who work with Smash."
Hiroki paused for a moment and glanced out the window. Although he still hadn't put two and two together about his sister, he very much worried about the things that lurked inside Smash.

Azriel looked to Hiroki, "Only SOME men? Are you saying I couldn't pull it off?" he asked with a lazy teasing smirk. "SMASH aside, maybe he's a lot like Shou-san?" Katsu offered up. "I mean, think about it... neither one is ever seen without their makeup, or so I've heard. I never really paid much attention to the idea of Azriel... but if Shou-san is a mystery of fantasy, then it's safe to bet Azriel is a chill of horror. And trust me, Shou-san isn't ALWAYS the sanest person in the room... some of his ideas baffle even me." he waved a hand at the notion.
Of course Shou's own insanity was NOTHING compared to Azriel's...
At least, that's what Katsu thought...
The musician shrugged, "But at least it seems Shou-san and Izzy get along rather well... so I can't think the man's a mental case. Izzy would have told me so."

"Well...." Hiroki didn't answer that one because right now Narcissus was too skinny for his own good. He didn't want to bruise the man's ego. So he laughed with the 'joke'. "Like Shou-san? Mmm...good grief the man could be Shou-san's brother. Now that would explain EVERYTHING! Of course, they baffle you Narcissus...they baffle everyone except his Assistant. Ah what I wouldn't give to have Shou-san come to Ohayou. But he's a total nightmare without his assistant...heck let's say manager but never around him."
Hiroki couldn't say much about Izzy feelings about Shou although he could only guess they were deep in a way he would never understand. People bonded in tragedy.
But then suddenly, Tantou was turning off the TV and going over to grab a glass of sake.. "I can't believe they lost!" he grumbled as he took a glass but drank from the bottle.
"But the game still had 20 seconds left." Noto said carefully the turned the TV back on to see another touch down by the 'wrong' team. He turned it off quickly, "Ok...maybe you're right."
It was then Samada-san spoke up to the room as he looked at his watch, "It's 6:30 and well I should be getting home. My son has cram school in the morning even though it's going to be Christmas really soon. So I've got to make sure he studies before my wife gets home from work."
The men started all agreeing about the wives and their various issues. "Maybe we should all head home and if you want to go out any time soon, let us know, if work doesn't snatch you back sooner, Hiroki-kun." said Samada-san as he started cleaning up some of the bottles and trash. No he wasn't going to let the grieving man clean up after them.
Hiroki smiled and shook his head, "It's ok. Yes, I will call if I want to go out. I expect Narcissus and I will go to dinner tonight but I don't know what my plans are the next few days. It's just good to be home."

Azriel caught the fact that Hiroki didn't answer about Narcissus' figure.
It was interesting... something he'd explore a bit more when he had his pet safely in their new home.
After all, the house was supposed to be ready for him when he got back that evening.
"It was refreshing to meet all of you." Katsu spoke as Samada was cleaning. "It's good to know that Hiroki was in good hands and that maybe I worried for nothing." he added with a smile.

Tantou was the first to the door but he said with a smile, "Hey yeah it was good meeting you too. Sorry the game sort of took my attention but you know how it goes."
Each one of them said their goodbyes until only Kunato was left. Hiroki gave him a business card and pointed to the box number. "Send your proposal here and it will reach my secretary. Put Narcissus' name on it too. I'm sure he'll enjoy seeing what you send it since it was his idea." Hiroki grinned then glanced at Narcissus.
Kunato smiled, "Yes, I'll work on that. I would love to see it happen one day. Hah...maybe even as Smash for Azriel-san's fashions to display. If he's got anything that can be displayed after his shows."
Hiroki laughed, "From what you said....I sincerely doubt it. Unless he's got a really cool red outfit..." Hiroki's mood was very good right now. Everything just seemed OK even with Narcissus here and that was the Amazing part. How that happened he just hadn't a clue.
"It was nice to meet you Narcissus-san." he gave the polite bow and then left; leaving Hiroki and Narcissus alone in his apartment.
"So, you want to watch this concert first and order in some pizza? I can purchase a pay per view of it. I'll have to get a change of clothes if you want to leave sooner. But I think it would be fun watching this show together."

"I'm starving and totally in the mood for some ramen." Katsu spoke standing up and stretching his arms over his head. "Come on, my driver'll take us wherever you think has good food." but then he smirked, "You don't need a change of clothes. I mean honestly... dressing up for a ramen-ya? You'll be the one getting odd looks, not me."
Perfect...
If he could just get Hiroki to that damn limo...

"Ramen?" Hiroki blinked because he had just eaten RAMEN for lunch. But there were times when humoring Narcissus was better than trying to come up with a brand new idea. "Ok...but we really don't have to drive. I know a really good Ramen-ya that's just around the corner. You'll like it. It's easier to walk. However, I'm kind of craving Takoyaki...mm...but that would be a drive and you' wouldn't get your Ramen any quicker, Koyasu-kun."
He walked back to his bedroom, shaking his head and said, "Yes, I know I could go in what I'm wearing but you're dressed up so just give me a minute to at least change into a clean outfit."
