Kaisude Way to shoot down my thoughts. I suppose you could make a dojutsu or something. I will try and think of something for you. What's he gonna do? Make bones come out his eyes to block him from seeing genjutsu's? xD

Well heres my view, what Noir is doing is trying to unite the land under one nation. So that there is no need for alliences etc we are all at peace under one nation sorta. So what he is doing is right but the way he is doing it is pretty bad.

Umm not really but whatever xD and Ace, Dictatorship isn't always a bad thing. Spain had a dictator at one time and the Spaniards couldn't have been happier. The economy was good and crime rate was low.

Hitler was a necessary evil for instance.
