::Nyx faded in. She was sitting at a table, hunched forward with both hands in her lap, as if she were studying something... though sadly, whatever it was didn't come with her.::
Damn... ::She sat up straight in her chair, making a tiny little 'hmph'.::
::She paused and tilted her head back so she could take a look at everyone.:: o.o Ah, hello...

Fairy . . . *she wonders aloud, looking away from Kara as Mystina calls to her, and shakes her head* Nay . . . thank ye . . .
*she turns her gaze back to Kara, a little unnerved when she realizes she's staring fight back at her* Ehm . . . *she hugs the book a little tighter to her* Good day te ye . . . Kara, was it?

Hey Nyx! *Waves to her* would you like anything from the bar? *looks around, studying the labels and things, then opens up the vodka, sniffs it* Hm... doesn't smell like wine. *opens up one of everything smelling of it until she finds the wine, and then takes and pours a cup for Kara, and herself, leaving it opened in case anyone else wanted some*

Oh, Nyx! *despite her uneasiness towards Kara, she smiles sincerely to see a familiar face* How are ye? 'Tis been some time since I've seen ye.
*she turns back at Kara's greeting, and eyes her hand warily, torn between manners and heeding Bard's warning. Hesitantly, she takes it, holding it only briefly before releasing it.* Ehm . . . aye . . .

::It took her a moment to realize that she was in a pretty awkward position on the chair, bent backwards with her neck bent backwards as far as it could go without pain. She righted herself and stood up, giving her neck a crack.::
::She looked over to Kara as she said her name, blinking.:: Yes, I'm Nyx... what's you name? I haven't seen you here before.
::Nyx turned to Maggie.:: Oh... I'm doing well, I think. ^^ How are things going with you?

A faerie? Truly? *Maggie looks at Mystina again, a little amazed. She hadn't believed in faeries since she was a young girl, and now here one was right in front of her . . . . leave it to the Brink* How wonderful . . .

:::Kara takes the wine from Mystina, paying no more attention to her. She let her eyes linger on Maggie a moment more...and she let her hand slide away as slowly as possible. She finally turned in Nyx's direction, and walked over, she seemed a bit less drawn to Nyx at first, but as she approached, the smile returned:::
Nyx... I'm Kara. :::She looked her over a moment::: Your hair...it's very strange. :::Kara lifted her hand to Nyx's forehead and began to run her fingers through it. She admired its uniquity:::

*Maggie looks relieved when Kara steps away from her . . . she shakes her head, still a little thrown by how much she resembles Linda, and how little she's wearing. She watches her walk up and start stroking Nyx's hair, beginning to get an even clearer picture of what Bard was talking about*

*giggles and smiles at Maggie* Yes ma'am. I'm a faerie! *Giggles* I haven't had much contact with humans, but, we only step in when asked, usually... Though, that's mainly due to my Mother, she made it so.... *takes a sip of her drink and smiles* Where are you from? *Giggles*
